Intratteniamo ottimi rapporti con le nostre aziende e non abbiamo nessun problema a sostituire un paio soprattutto quando si verifica un problema così evidente e soprattutto che non dipende da noi ma dal fornitore. Il titolare non ha mostrato interesse per la cosa dicendo di tornare il lunedì successivo per vedere cosa si poteva fare. Ha chiesto più volte se mia moglie avesse messo qualcosa sulle calzature. Invece di scusarsi per il difetto ha commentato dicendo che è un difetto del glitter. Allora perché vendere questa merce??? Mai più. Rispondo al proprietario: ricordo benissimo che quando è entrata mia moglie il negozio era vuoto. La risposta che ha dato a mia moglie lasciava palesemente intendere che non avrebbe provveduto al cambio. Comunque ormai ha perso 4 clienti con un colpo solo.
