Per l'impianto di condizionamento sono veniti due operai eccellenti, il lavoro é stato fatto a regola d'arte sono stati professionali, puliti, disponibili ed educati, cos'altro di più? Sono veramente soddisfatto, Grazie!!! My experience with this company is very positive, they came home as soon as they contacted me for an inspection and after a few days from the signing of the contract they started work. For the air conditioning system two excellent workers came, the work was done in a workmanlike manner, they were professional, clean, available and educated, what more? Li chiami e non rispondono (mettono l’occupato se chiami sul cell), e se ti danno appuntamento, non si presentano. Li contatti di nuovo e scusandosi ti dicono che la settimana successiva ti chiameranno per fissare un appuntamento: non credetegli, si sono già dimenticati di voi. Ho fatto un giro su internet, ci sono mille rivenditori, online e non, molto ma molto più seri di questi. Sconsigliatissiml! Mai più! Installation of air conditioners ok (even if a little expensive). But if you ask for assistance later, forget it. You call them and they don't answer (they get busy if you call on the cell), and if they give you an appointment, they don't show up. You contact them again and apologizing they tell you that the following week they will call you to make an appointment: don't believe them, they have already forgotten about you. S	Simona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'installazione è stata rapida e ordinata, il prezzo ragionevole però metto 2 stelle perché non si sono comportati bene amministrativamente: la caparra confirmatoria, pari al 30% della spesa, mi è stata restitutita solo dopo 2 settimane e solo grazie a continui solleciti. Caparra che doveva essermi restituita il giorno stesso in cui ho pagato l'intero lavoro anticipatamente e con bonifico bancario. Cioè loro non sarebbero venuti a fare il lavoro se non avessi pagato tutto prima, io mi sono fidata e loro se non avessi rotto le scatole ogni giorno chissà quando mi avrebbero restiituito i miei soldi! Ho conosciuto Piercarlo, persona squisita, che durante il sopralluogo mi ha illustrato le possibili soluzioni per la climatizzazione degli ambienti della mia casa e il relativo costo. Grazie alla sua competenza siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'installazione degli impianti è stata perfetta. Il tecnico ha effettuato il lavoro con precisione e competenza. Anche l'assistenza post-vendita, sia da parte dell'amministrazione che da parte di Piercarlo, è stata molto efficiente e professionale. Per avere la restituzione della caparra ho dovuto pressarli .Poco seri mai più acquisti e contatti con questa gente . They get contracts signed and they don't even know what they write. The confirmatory deposit must be returned and has no VAT. To get the deposit back I had to press them. Little serious never again purchases and contacts with these people.

Nel giro di 6 giorni (compreso il weekend!) Mi hanno installato i climatizzatori con un bel lavoro pulito. Piercarlo inoltre é una persona estremamente cortese e professionale. Consigliato! Solo due cose, ma ce ne sarebbero parecchie: al momento della vendita, richiesta assicurazione che il climatizzatore fosse silenzioso, era praticamente la sola esigenza, il venditore ci dice “certo, è un ottimo prodotto, stiamo parlando di mitsubishi”. Messo in funzione e constatata la rumorosità del climatizzatore la risposta, della stessa persona, è stata “ma avete preso un entry level … la rumorosità è normale”. La rumorosità non consente di dormire, quindi richiesta l’assistenza a giugno, dopo quasi due mesi senza risultati, sollecito ancora e mi rispondono che deve intervenire l’installatore, l’unico che hanno, ma è in ferie; sacrosanto il diritto alle ferie, ma l’unico installatore di climatizzatori dell’azienda in ferie d’estate sembra un po’ paradossale. Passa il tempo e continua il caldo, sollecito con più decisione in negozio, spiego di nuovo al dipendente che la macchina funziona, non è guasta, ma fa rumore, alla fine mi risponde “la macchina funziona ? e allora che vuoi ?” Se riuscite, mandateci i vostri nemici, sarà una soddisfazione For your own good: to be avoided like the plague Professionalism, efficiency, seriousness and education ... from immediate closure.
