★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se i precedenti commenti sono stati rilasciati dal titolare stesso per la visibilità, ma chiunque prenda contatto per una prestazione dovuta da loro, è consigliabile farsi indicare la data certa dei lavori, poiché dopo due settimane dal sopralluogo, una volta indicata la data, a due giorni prima dell'opera, la data dei lavori non era ancora sicura. A volte i professionisti si dimenticano che i datori di lavoro sono i propri clienti e che la puntualità è indice di professionalità. Spero possa essere utile ai futuri clienti.
 I do not know if the previous comments were issued by the owner himself for visibility, but anyone who makes contact for a service due by them, it is advisable to have the certain date of the work indicated, since after two weeks from the inspection, once the date has been indicated, two days before the opera, the date of the work was still not sure. Sometimes professionals forget that employers are their customers and that punctuality is an indication of professionalism. I hope it will be useful to future customers.

Li ho contattati ed hanno eseguito tempestivamente un sopralluogo ... ed insieme abbiamo trovato la giusta soluzione secondo le mie esigenze abitudinarie.

Sono stati tempestivi nell’eseguire il sopralluogo una volta contattati. Ci hanno proposto due soluzioni con budget diversi in modo da poterci in modo di scegliere quella più consona per noi.
Hanno realizzato l’impianto in maniera impeccabile ed a regola d’arte. A fine lavori dopo il collaudo ci hanno rilasciato tutta la documentazione prevista dalle normative vigenti.
Impresa seria, professionale e ben strutturata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho Contattati per un impianto di allarme/anti intrusione e sono venuti per sopralluogo il giorno seguente. Molto puntuali e precisi nella valutazione dell'impianto da installare e nei tempi di intervento. Hanno realizzato il lavoro in pochi giorni. Mi hanno consigliato un allarme Wifi della Iess che trovo molto funzionale e ben fatto. Prezzi molto buoni ma sopratutto sono sempre disponibili x problemi e soluzioni. Insomma....molto consigliati
I contacted them for an alarm / intrusion alarm system and they came to inspect the following day. They recommended an Iess Wifi alarm which I find very functional and well done. Very good prices but above all they are always available for problems and solutions. In short .... highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciateli perdere, l'esperienza con loro è stata una grossa perdita di soldi e di tempo. Concordo con il signor Enrico un preventivo per fornitura e montaggio di un dual Hisense per la mia casa. Il tutto viene fatto con l'ausilio di foto vista ancora la fase di lockdown dell'epoca. A mia richiesta diretta se preferisse effettuare un sopralluogo mi viene risposto che il materiale fornito è già più che sufficiente, e che non è quindi necessario. Il giorno 06/05 pago, come accordato, l'80% della fattura come da accordi. Da quel momento le cose vanno a rotoli. Il preventivo viene messo in discussione a causa di "altezze troppo elevate", oltre alla completa assenza di serietà riguardo i tempi di installazione (ogni settimana era "la settimana dopo"). Successivamente, l'azienda spinge per cambiare la posa dei tubi e del motore più in basso, minacciando di ritoccare il preventivo a rialzo. Da questo momento passano 3 settimane di vuoto totale, arrivando agli inizi di Giugno (1 mese dal pagamento del'80% della fattura). Spazientito, ho una discussione con il signor Enrico, il quale di tutta risposta mi risponde, e cito testuali parole "Allora venerdì ti porto le macchine e le fai installare da chi vuoi". Ho seriamente pensato di denunciare il soggetto ai carabinieri per violazione del contratto accordato. Ho ovviamente deciso di ritirare le macchine (ovviamente strapagate) e di farle montare da altre ditte, molto più professionali di loro.
A conti fatti, per colpa loro, ho pagato 2 Hisense più di 2 Daikin.
Lasciateli perdere, soggetti del genere è meglio perderli che trovarli

At my direct request if you prefer to carry out an inspection, I am told that the material supplied is already more than enough, and that it is therefore not necessary. On 06/05 I pay, as agreed, 80% of the invoice as per agreements. From that moment things are falling apart. The estimate is questioned due to "too high heights", in addition to the complete absence of seriousness regarding the installation times (each week was "the week after"). Subsequently, the company pushes to change the laying of the pipes and the engine lower, threatening to touch up the upward estimate. From this moment on, 3 weeks of total vacuum pass, arriving at the beginning of June (1 month from the payment of 80% of the invoice). With patience, I have a discussion with Mr. Enrico, who replies to me in full, and I quote textual words "Then on Friday I'll bring the cars and have them installed by whoever you want". I seriously thought of reporting the subject to the police for violation of the contract granted. I obviously decided to withdraw the machines (obviously overpaid) and to have them mounted by other companies, much more professional than they are.
On balance, because of them, I paid 2 Hisense more than 2 Daikin.
Leave them alone, subjects like that are better lost than found

Il preventivo mi è stato inviato lo stesso giorno. Una volta che l’ho accettato dopo due giorni hanno eseguito il lavoro in maniera impeccabile con personale qualificato e molto educato.
