Peccato non dover comprare lampade ogni giorno! Starei sempre lì ? Beautiful shop. Massimo and Fabrizio are very kind and above all very competent. g	giancarlo di giuseppe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito non scrivo mai recensioni ma oggi mi sento in dovere di farlo per condividere la situazione surreale nel quale io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati ad affrontare con uno dei due titolari del negozio. Sono passato in negozio per ordinare il prodotto consigliatoci da loro la settimana precedente ma al momento di effettuare l'ordine emerge che quello proposto da loro non corrispondeva pienamente alle nostre necessità quindi mi veniva consiglito un nuovo prodotto analogo a quello visto ( in realtà aveva delle differenze nelle dimensioni rispetto al primo )ma leggermente più caro. Effettuo l'ordine, più tardi, dopo essermi messo in contatto con il negozio, prendo accordi per ripassare il giorno dopo per rivedere il prodotto ordinato visto che l'ordine non era ancora partito. Giunti in negozio abbiamo parlato di nuovo con il titolare che ci aveva seguito fino a quel momento, abbiamo espresso il desiderio di poter visionare il lampadario ordinato acceso e volevamo dipanare alcuni dubbi ( leggitimi )ma ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad una persona infastidita dalle nostre domande manifestandoci un atteggiamento freddo, quasi astioso ( ma scherziamo siamo dei Clienti ) nonostante io cercassi di portare la discussione ad un livello cordiale l'arroganza del titolare si è manifestata platealmente quando in modo arbitrario ha deciso di stracciare il mio ordine senza chiedermi preventivamente il permesso. Usually I never write reviews but today I feel compelled to do so to share the surreal situation in which my wife and I found ourselves facing one of the two shop owners. I went to the store to order the product recommended by them the previous week but at the time of placing the order it emerges that the one proposed by them did not fully correspond to our needs so I was recommended a new product similar to the one seen (actually it had some differences in size compared to the first) but slightly more expensive. I place the order, later, after having contacted the shop, I make arrangements to come back the next day to review the ordered product since the order had not yet left. Once in the shop we talked again with the owner who had followed us up to that moment, we expressed the desire to be able to view the ordered chandelier on and we wanted to unravel some doubts (legitimate) but we found ourselves in front of a person annoyed by our questions showing us a cold, almost hateful attitude (but let's joke we are Customers) despite I tried to bring the discussion to a cordial level, the owner's arrogance manifested itself blatantly when he arbitrarily decided to tear my order without asking my permission in advance .
