V	Valeria G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata da OBOR consigliata dall'architetto che ha progettato l'illuminazione di casa. La "show room" è poco ricca. Persino per le marche più importanti e i corpi illuminanti più impegnativi, è impossibile vedere dal vivo il prodotto per farsi un'idea, quindi spesso si deve acquistare "al buio" come si farebbe su un sito online. Lo sconto applicato dal negozio viene compensato con le lunghissime attese per la consegna dei corpi illuminanti, che nel mio caso hanno abbondantemente superato i 30 giorni. Per problemi nella consegna o nella fatturazione, come è stato nel mio caso (ad esempio errori nel numero e nella tipologia delle lampade da abbinare ai corpi illuminanti), diventa IMPOSSIBILE ottenere un'assistenza post-vendita tramite il numero telefonico del negozio (provare per credere!). Ci si può solo affidare alla cortesia e alla buona volontà del venditore che segue l'ordine. Buona fortuna. I came to OBOR recommended by the architect who designed the home lighting. The discount applied by the shop is compensated by the very long waits for the delivery of the lighting bodies, which in my case have well exceeded 30 days. For problems in delivery or billing, as was the case in my case (for example errors in the number and type of lamps to be combined with the lighting bodies), it becomes IMPOSSIBLE to obtain after-sales assistance via the telephone number of the store (try to to believe!). We can only rely on the courtesy and goodwill of the seller following the order. Good luck.
