★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso un appuntamento venti giorni fa per un colloquio per la patente per i droni. Mi danno appuntamento alle 12. Telefonicamente ho precisato che avevamo una visita alle 14.20 in ospedale e mi hanno assicurato la puntualità. Arriviamo qualche minuto in anticipo. Alle 12.30 ci dicono che avevano preso anche un altro appuntamento per quell'ora e che erano in ritardo e che in 15 min vi avrebbero chiamato. Aspettiamo altri 15/20 min ma niente. A parte che la sala d'aspetto è con finestre chiuse e senza aria condizionata e con 40 gradi l'attesa è stata insopportabile. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare perché dopo 1 ora di attesa con un appuntamento non è accettabile in una struttura privata. Non tornerò più.
We made an appointment twenty days ago for an interview for the drone license. I have an appointment at 12. By telephone I have specified that we had a visit at 2.20 pm in the hospital and they assured me of punctuality. We arrive a few minutes in advance. At 12.30 they tell us that they had also made another appointment for that hour and that they were late and that in 15 minutes they would have called you. We wait another 15/20 min but nothing. Apart from that the waiting room is with closed windows and without air conditioning and with 40 degrees the wait was unbearable. We had to give up because after 1 hour of waiting with an appointment is not acceptable in a private facility. I will never return.

If I had read the reviews before I probably would not have signed up .... I was undeservedly rejected ... at headquarters they know very well we will see what happens next year ... I will keep you updated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scuola davvero molto elegante, docenti e tutor super disponibili, mando i miei ragazzi nella sede di ferratella, in via del Laterano, sono già passati 2 anni e i miei ragazzi si sono finalmente diplomati , consiglio vivamente.
Very elegant school, super helpful teachers and tutors, I send my kids to the Ferratella headquarters, in via del Laterano, 2 years have already passed and my kids have finally graduated, I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spreco di soldi . inizialmente tutti sorridenti appena ti iscrivi e inizi a pagare non c è più professionalità ma solo menefreghismo . Non è una vera scuola ma sono dei tutor ( non cè bisogno di iscriversi a questa “scuola” per effettuare gli esami di stato o altri esami , cosa che mi hanno detto loro incredibilmente ci ho creduto e ho firmato il contratto che non puoi annullare ) , ho buttato 7000euro al cesso .

vi sconsiglio fermamente questa (grande scuola ) andate a scuole paritarie ricnosciute dallo stato .
Waste of money . initially all smiling as soon as you sign up and start paying there is no more professionalism but only indifference. It is not a real school but they are tutors (there is no need to enroll in this "school" to take the state exams or other exams, which they told me incredibly I believed it and I signed the contract that you cannot cancel) , I threw 7000euro to the toilet.
BIG SUN.
I strongly advise against this (large school) go to state-recognized peer-to-peer schools.
