Non sono riusciti ad installare un climatizzatore dual split, sbagliando una saldatura, disperdendo gas, rompendo una valvola sulla macchina nuova, intasando il circuito con liquido tracciante e quindi intasando definitivamente gli ugelli del compressore! Dopo 10 mesi di passione sto valutando se buttare un dual nuovo e mai usato!
Bad service! They failed to install a dual split air conditioner, making a mistake in a weld, dispersing gas, breaking a valve on the new machine, clogging the circuit with tracer liquid and thus definitively clogging the compressor nozzles! After 10 months of passion I am considering whether to throw away a new and never used dual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per una riparazione di una semplice caldaia , oltre a non saperla riparare ha cambiato un pezzo non ha fatto nessuna prova impianto ed ha preteso comunque il pagamento. Da evitare poco seri poco professionali e incompetenti. Sconsigliato
I called for a repair of a simple boiler, in addition to not knowing how to repair it, he changed a piece, did not test the system and still demanded payment. Not serious, unprofessional and incompetent to be avoided. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Assistenza tecnica inadeguata. Non sono stati in grado di risolvere un problema tecnico ad una caldaia acquistata pochi mesi fa e ancora in garanzia. Dopo diversi interventi e svariati pezzi sostituiti (a pagamento...), sono stato invitato a non rivolgermi più a loro. SCONSIGLIATO!!!
Bad service. Inadequate technical assistance. They have not been able to solve a technical problem with a boiler purchased a few months ago and still under warranty. After several interventions and several pieces replaced (for a fee ...), I was invited not to contact them anymore. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
