★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in contatto con la proprietaria dell’agenzia circa un mese fa, ci siamo trovati dopo pochi giorni per vedere l’appartamento che mi interessava, successivamente alla visita è stata fatta da parte mia una proposta inviando tutti i documenti sia personali che di reddito.
Dopo circa una settimana è stata accettata la mia proposta ed è stato fissato un appuntamento per firmare il contratto, così avendo la certezza di entrare il 1 dicembre come comunicato dalla proprietaria iniziò a comprare mobili che ho trovato in offerta e faccio scendere la mia compagna da una zona rossa di corsa per fare tutto.
Risultato? Mobili buttati in cantina, viaggio da zona rossa inutile e nessuna casa affittata dopo aver fatto tutto.
Nella mia vita ho affittato numerose case avendo vissuto tra Roma e Londra e una cosa così non mi era mai successa.
RISPOSTA ALLA RISPOSTA:
Come può leggere dalla mia recensione io ho ben specificato che ho avuto a che fare con la proprietaria dell'agenzia e non direttamente con l'agenzia e sto semplicemente raccontando un fatto accaduto, visto che i documenti li ha richiesti e li ha ricevuti ed accettati, ma nella mia recensione non si parla di agenzia.

I got in touch with the owner of the agency about a month ago, we met after a few days to see the apartment I was interested in, after the visit I made a proposal by sending all the documents both personal and income .
After about a week my proposal was accepted and an appointment was made to sign the contract, so having the certainty of entering on December 1st as communicated by the owner, she began to buy furniture that I found on offer and I let my partner down from a red racing zone to do everything.
Result? Furniture thrown away in the cellar, useless red zone travel and no rented house after all.
In my life I have rented numerous houses having lived between Rome and London and such a thing had never happened to me.
RESPONSE TO ANSWER:
As you can read from my review, I have clearly specified that I had to deal with the owner of the agency and not directly with the agency and I am simply telling a fact that happened, given that the documents requested and received and accepted them , but my review is not about agency.
