★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risposte allucinanti...appena ho chiuso in telefono pensavo di essere vittima di una candid camera. Mi hanno risposto con una voglia di lavorare completamente assente, arrancando motivazioni allucinanti per non seguire una pratica (che fra l'altro non gli avevo chiesto di seguite)
 Hallucinating answers ... as soon as I got off the phone I thought I was a victim of a candid camera. They replied with a desire to work completely absent, trudging hallucinating motivations for not following a practice (which by the way I had not asked him to follow)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile mancanza di professionalità, mi hanno preso in giro per mesi dicendo che avevano inviato richiesta di Ecocert. Poi all’Inps mi hanno confermato che la richiesta non era mai giunta.
Da sconsigliare vivamente.
Incredible lack of professionalism, they have been making fun of me for months saying they had sent Ecocert a request. Then at INPS they confirmed to me that the request had never arrived.
Strongly advised against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nuovo personale è molto professionale, sono gentilissimi e mi hanno molto aiutato con tutte le pratiche. Nell’altro caf ho fatto un po’ di difficoltà a capire delle cose quando invece qui me lo hanno spiegato con cura e nei minimi dettagli. Continuerò a frequentarlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tre settimane che aspetto delle informazioni su una pratica da avviare. La sede apre puntualmente in ritardo: mi è capitato almeno 4 volte di andare via dopo mezz'ora di attesa vana! Professionalità è anche rispettare gli orari e qui direi che non ci siamo.
I have been waiting for information on a case to start for three weeks. The office opens punctually late: it happened to me at least 4 times to leave after half an hour of vain waiting! Professionalism also means respecting timetables and here I would say that we are not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nuova gestione non è sicuramente all'altezza della precedente. Ho trovato personale poco professionale che non è stato in grado di fornirmi in più di 20 giorni il protocollo del "presunto invio" di una domanda all'INPS. Impossibile comunicare via telefono e tramite mail mi è stato fornito un cellulare errato .....
Alla fina ho presentato via internet la richiesta all'INPS in 10 minuti. Non mi rivolgerò più a loro.
The new management is certainly not up to the previous one. I found unprofessional staff who were unable to provide me with the protocol of the "alleged submission" of an application to INPS in more than 20 days. Unable to communicate by phone and by email I was given a wrong mobile phone .....
In the end, I submitted the request to INPS via the internet in 10 minutes. I won't turn to them anymore.
