Sono rimasta davvero colpita dalla professionalità dalla gentilezza e dalla preparazione del personale. E pensare che per una vita ho pagato un importante sindacato senza poter mai parlare con nessuno!!!
 I went to this union to get help on issues at work. I was really impressed by the professionalism, kindness and preparation of the staff. And to think that for a lifetime I paid an important union without ever being able to talk to anyone !!!

Dopo 18 mesi di continui ed inutili solleciti con tutti i mezzi, su consiglio di una collega mi iscrivo alla UIL che in 5gg mi fornisce una risposta esaustiva.
Ogni commento ritengo sia superfluo...
Enrolled in order to resolve a question related to my social security position, I was promised an answer within a couple of weeks. After 18 months of continuous and useless reminders by all means, on the advice of a colleague, I subscribe to the UIL which provides me with an exhaustive answer in 5 days.
Any comment I think is superfluous ...
