 Excellent choice near Porta Portese in the heart of Rome, fine meat with butcher inside the restaurant, friendly staff, welcoming location. Highly recommended, every time I return to Rome it is a fixed stop. Very good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly. There was an English speaking member of staff available which meant that the trip was a lot easier. We stuck to the fixed price menu which was great value but the range of meat available for the standard menu was impressive. The wine was also lovely. The only downside was the location. It is a long way from the centre and on a very quiet, empty street.
