β β β β β Great location. Next to trams or an easy walk. Friendly staff. We rented the vacation home, so it was like an Airbnb set up except you pick up the keys from the front desk.
Phone didn't work, toilet didn't flush properly, and they charged me for a drink I didn't take. The view was great and the place was spacious (my photo). I didn't see much of the main hotel.

β β β β β This is a great hotel. The room was plenty big for two and the bathroom was nice. The staff went above and beyond what normal hotel staff would do. They helped us with directions, tickets, dinners, private transportation, and told us where to go when my sister needed an eye doctor. We've been in Europe for 5 weeks and the Trilussa Palace Hotel has been our favorite. The rooftop bar and restaurant is also nice, we went there twice during our 7 days stay.

β β β β β My experience at Trilussa Palace was phenomenal. I booked last minute for a work trip and the direction and management were extremely well-prepared and ready especially in this difficult time with the virus. The staff was kind and very professional, the room was super clean, the buffet was delicious and the management was always receptive and helped me with all of my requests.
Their new restaurant was delicious, aesthetically very avant-guarde and the service was lovely. I stayed only three nights but i felt right at home, and being located in one of the most hip and well-connected areas of Rome, i found it very easy to travel wherever i had to go to.
I had an amazing stay and i have no doubt that whenever i need to travel back to Rome, i will be staying at Trilussa Palace.

β β β β β Stayed in this hotel for about 3 nights, one of the best relaxing experiences I've ever had.
I tried the Moon, Maya and Domus spa, all three of them really unique.
In the past I stayed in a long variety of wellness centers and hotels but between all of them the Maya spa gotta be the most breathtaking one, besides all the 'cool lights', I think that the strong point is the infotainment system; you can literally watch movies, youtube and listen to music all in one screen.
I also really liked the "Ramo" bistrot, right besides the hotel entry, they have plenty of good Italian wines to pair every food, I'm not a wine expert but the girls working there were really explanatory in the way pairing is made.
Anyway, the food was excellent and the vibe even better, cool spot to eat before/after a relaxing spa or even if you don't wanna go too far from the palace.
My room was really nice and clean, it even had a balcony facing the main Trastevere street.
To conclude, I'm not usual to leave a review to the places I stay but this experience was definitely worth a couple lines!

β β β β β I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. I arrived late on a Friday evening, was greeted with a smile and offered a complimentary welcome drink on the rooftop terrace/patio.
My room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom was amazing with marble floor and vanity. Had every you needed - hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, etc. Plenty of towels as well.
I had a room with a balcony that faced the street and it was surprisingly quiet. In fact on Sunday morning when I got up a looked out the window across the street - a massive market was already setup and filled with shoppers. I didn't hear a thing!
Breakfasts were very good as well and had a full offering despite if being a modified service with Covid guidelines.
This property really is a gem in Rome. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would love to come back with my family. And a big thank you to Carolina as well!
Ciao!

β β β β β Booked a last minute trip and from the 1st email I had great responses and every query was attended to.
Carolina and Valeria on the front desk were a credit to the hotel and thank you for the help.
The hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast was fantastic, we didnβt have time to use the spa but would have loved to whilst here and the roof top bar would have been lovely but again just didnβt have time.
We booked a standard room on the 1st floor and it was basic but tidy, bed was comfy memory foam mattress I believe and pillows were good. If you do want to watch any TV remember you can push one of the coloured buttons to switch languages Italian to English.
The location was ok with tram and train only outside and only 2 stops away from main train to and from airport.
I would recommend this hotel.
Thank you.
