★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has all the essentials for 15 euros a day: squat rack, bench press, dumbbells and other key machines. Floor is tiled though, so deadlifts are probably ill advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Trastevere Fitness center in Rome is a terrific gym while visiting Rome. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. And the facility is very clean and meticulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $15 Euro for a casual session (far too expensive when other Gyms are $8 Euro to $10 Euro for a day pass)... also, the guy behind the counter simply took my $15 Euro and put it straight into his wallet.... I hope is was the gym owner....
It has the basics, but thats about it. Got a little hot and stuffy as it was summer. I'd suggest to try another gym, there are a few to choose from in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studying abroad for 3 months. Paid about 200 euros, far more than the place is worth considering the sparse facilities (one bench, no squat rack or deadlifting platforms) and early closing time. And apparently closing at 10:30 PM means they don't let anyone in past 9. The sauna is alright but other than that I would say shop around elsewhere unless they lower the price or expand and get more equipment. I would give 2.5 stars if I could, 3 feels too high but 2 feels a little low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a study abroad student who is a powerlifter and wow did I get lucky with this gym. They recently renovated the entire place and got completely new equipment so everything is new and barely used. This gym looks small, but I promise they have anything you could ever need and Claudio (and other staff) are extremely accommodating and will help you plan your workouts, work on form, or learn how to use a new piece of equipment. For 3 months I paid around 165 euros which I think is totally fair for this gym (and that's coming from a broke college student). I will definitely miss the staff that made this place feel like home! Cannot recommend this place enough
