A	Asher Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't go here, but I toured it and it is a very nice facility of the sort that is hard to find in Rome, especially in such a central location. I think it is a bit pricey, but worth it if you want that level of facilities

A	Aderito Manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful costumer service! In Rome for a few days for the first time and I visited Easy Fit for a workout. As I entered the facilities no one approached or acknowledged me even though there were 3 people by the reception. No one seemed interested in my presence at all. As I approached a blonde lady by the reception I was disregarded, made me feel unwelcome with short answers and frowns - I'd easily pull the racist card on this one as I'm black but maybe is just incompetence as per previous reviews. I wasn't asked ONE question or offered to show me the gym which it seemed very quiet. As I had to make the whole conversation and still being enthusiastic the only answered I received was "25€ for a session". The other 2 people by the reception were not doing anything but were listening to the service (one was eating a sandwich). Being a personal trainer myself with industry experience I think for a fitness and wellbeing space it was pretty shocking that I left the space feeling worse than when I entered.
M	Michiel De Bever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor way of treating customers, paid $25 for entry and get kicked off one of the stationery bikes, because a old lady got grumpy that I was using it too long and told her I only wanted to use it for 10 more minutes, when there was a whole room of stationery cycles still available, she went down to management to complain about it and management told me I couldn’t use the bike, and didn’t even get a refund for it . Very disappointed. Definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.
A	Aaron D'Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales rep was understanding as I was upfront about not being able to join being here in Rome 4 days. She gave us trials with no hassle. You can get a good workout in at the gym and it is well maintained. It does however, lack vital equipment such as proper barbells (one low quality olympic bar for the whole gym). There is also only one power rack which was not a problem for the times we were there. If you're a novice or intermediate lifter this will be a good gym for you. Overall I justify the 4 star and not 5 solely due to lack of essential equipment (including a water fountain?)...
J	Jason Teeter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like gyms where they force you to bring a towel so you can cover half of the back of the equipment while you workout or if no towel then you can buy paper towel for 1 euro that does absolutely nothing, this gym is for you. Must walk on the stairs with mask but while working out in close quarters no mask required (makes sense) also people follow you around and police these terrible gym policies. Utter trash gym.
