L'allenamento essenzialmente si basa su un circuito eseguito, non a corpo libero, ma con delle macchine Technogym di nuova generazione che non sono disponibili nelle altre palestre seppur attrezzate con macchine Technogym. Le postazioni si sentano automaticamente sulle misure e sul sulla scheda preimpostata e memorizzata per il cliente. C'è anche un'area dove A dove fare stretching e dove a allenarsi a corpo libero o con cat bag e altri strumenti per l'allenamento a corpo libero per il CrossFit o il calisthenic Naturalmente per chi già lo pratica. Il centro è dotato inoltre di spogliatoi comodi luminosi puliti da box doccia singoli e chiusi da porte di cristallo. Per allenarsi bisogna prenotarsi tramite l'app anche perché l'allenamento si basa su un circuito quindi possono essere presenti contemporaneamente nel centro massimo 4 persone.
