★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella solo perché meno non si può, è uno studio in cui con l avvocato non parli mai perché è sempre occupato, non di presenta in udienza, praticamente su 10 udienze è andata solo alla prima...solo soldi estremamente buttati purtroppo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad aprile 2019 mi rivolgo allo studio del Monte per affrontare una causa di licenziamento, in 5 mesi per parlarle era impossibile, dovevo prendere un appuntamento e andare di persona.
Avvia tutti gli iter per arrivare solo al pignoramento.
Vi premetto che ho sollecitato più volte di procedere per via giuridica senza perdere altro tempo, siamo arrivati a dicembre e non aveva fatto nulla(riusciva a prendere solo accordo con l'avvocato della contro parte che gli dettava legge alla metà del dovuto che mi aspettava ,) il 04/12 gli revoco il mandato e di tutta risposta mi dice mi deve pagare altri 1.400 EURO più 1.000 di acconto siamo arrivati 2.400
Prezzo spropositato gli dico che l'avrei pagata in due rate vi lascio immaginare la reazione, mi da la scadenza per il 13/12/19 non oltre e in unica rata.
Persona da evitare assolutamente.
