Anche se conosco gli stili hatha e kundalini, lo stile ashtanga era nuovo per me, e devo dire che mi è piaciuto, anche se è faticoso. La sede è piccola, ma è ottima per i miei gusti. L'istruttrice Elisabetta spiega bene.
L'unico motivo per cui non penso di tornare è la distanza dal mio quartiere.
For the first time I took an ashtanga yoga class, with great satisfaction. Even though I know the hatha and kundalini styles, the ashtanga style was new to me, and I have to say that I liked it, even if it is tiring. The venue is small, but it's great for my taste. The instructor Elisabetta explains well.
The only reason I don't plan on returning is the distance from my neighborhood.
