MI trovo benissimo e la mia valutazione è totalmente positiva. Perfetta organizzazione per il rispetto delle norme anti Covid. Great Iyengar Yoga Center. Excellent teachers. Large and well equipped gym with windows overlooking a beautiful garden in Monteverde. Perfect organization for compliance with anti Covid regulations.

Sto trovando giovamento in particolare dalla partica dello Yoga Back. I have been attending the Yoga center for more than 3 years. The environment is welcoming, clean and familiar. The teachers are highly professional and experienced. I am particularly benefiting from the Yoga Back partica.

Il posto è bello, silenzioso, gli insegnanti bravissimi, professionali e trasmettono grande passione. Durante il lockdown hanno sostenuto gli iscritti offrendo delle lezioni a distanza che mi hanno aiutato moltissimo a non perdere la continuità offrendo numerosi spunti per apprendere. I started yoga in this beautiful place a few months ago, and it was a wonderful discovery for me. The place is beautiful, silent, the teachers are very good, professional and transmit great passion. During the lockdown they supported the members by offering distance lessons that helped me a lot in not losing continuity by offering numerous ideas for learning.

Al di là del grande cancello verde si accede in un grazioso giardino che porta alla sala dove si svolgono le lezioni. E' un luogo dove si respira un’aria “sana e accogliente”, si percepisce una sorta di genius loci. Il metodo Yiengar, utilizzato in questa scuola, è molto rispettoso delle caratteristiche individuali e, a partire dalle proprie “specificità”, si può intraprendere un percorso di “sviluppo” di grande valore ed efficacia. Le insegnanti sono molto professionali e attente ai bisogni di ciascun allievo. Amalia Basile, la direttrice del Samsara, è una persona speciale che mette a disposizione in modo generoso la sua competenza, esperienza e cultura. Anche durante i mesi di lockdown ci ha supportato donandoci lezioni on line che ci hanno consentito, in un momento così sconvolgente, di continuare a praticare da casa e di… “ritrovarci”. Samsara è un’ottima scuola che consiglio a chiunque desideri fare yoga in un contesto eccellente. I started attending the Samsara Yoga Center about a year ago and I immediately found myself well. Beyond the large green gate you enter a lovely garden that leads to the room where the lessons are held. It is a place where you can breathe a "healthy and welcoming" air, you feel a sort of genius loci. The Yiengar method, used in this school, is very respectful of individual characteristics and, starting from one's "specificities", it is possible to undertake a path of "development" of great value and effectiveness. The teachers are very professional and attentive to the needs of each student. Amalia Basile, the director of Samsara, is a special person who generously makes available her expertise, experience and culture. Even during the months of lockdown, he supported us by giving us online lessons that allowed us, in such an overwhelming moment, to continue practicing from home and to… “meet again”. Samsara is an excellent school that I recommend to anyone wishing to do yoga in an excellent setting.

Durante il periodo della quarantena noi allievi non ci siamo mai sentiti isolati, tutte le insegnanti hanno avuto la capacità di creare un fortissimo legame a distanza che ci ha permesso di affrontare quei mesi sia sul piano fisico che emotivo. Per me questo posto è un nido, dove ci si sente accolti e ben voluti. I have been attending the Samsara Center for several years now, it is a magical place, full of positive energy, the teachers are exceptional people, very well prepared and experienced, as well as endowed with an extraordinary humanity. During the period of quarantine, we students never felt isolated, all the teachers had the ability to create a very strong distant bond that allowed us to face those months both physically and emotionally. For me this place is a nest, where one feels welcomed and well-liked.
