Chiamo per un annuncio e una donna mi risponde con tono scocciato, chiedo se nell'appartamento arriva la fibra ottica e mi risponde sempre scocciata che non lo sa e non può saperlo.
Sono veramente delusa dal tono delle risposte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piaceva una villa da 530000 euro ma alle mie domande la telefonista mi dice che mi farà' contattare dal responsabile che dopo una settimana ancora non chiama... alla mia ultima telefonata dice che sono ingolfati... io ho risposto be certo non vi interessa prendere le commissioni su 500mila euro... non la venderanno mai questa villa visto che non mandano la planimetria , indirizzo con 5 proprieta', e foto scadenti...FAREWELL!-ADIOS... mi ha chiamato il titolare dell'agenzia ed ha trasformato un cliente scontentissimo in uno contento... Bravo!

Contattati più volte e per riuscire a presentare un offerta ( dopo essere riuscito ad eseguire sopralluogo con una mia azienda di fiducia) sono stato circa 10 giorni a continuare a chiamare. Una volta riuscito a prendere appuntamento, ho presentato la mia offerta per l'immobile da me visionato, dopo aver ricevuto rifiutato all'offerta per immobile, l'agenzia Ha provveduto con un suo socio ad acquistare l'immobile stesso facendo un offerta irrisoriamente più alta ( dopo che furbamente il signor Raul Posarich ha effettuato molte domande per prendere informazioni al sottoscritto sulla ristrutturazione da eseguire sull'immobile, nella prima offerta da me presentata). L' agenzia rappresentata da persone purtroppo poco serie ed oneste.
Vorrei essere utile Segnalando la poca professionalità, in quanto per quanto mi riguarda la professionalità e l'assistenza al cliente è tutto, Il signor Raul, dopo il rifiuto della mia offerta non mi ha più risposto alle mie chiamate telefoniche.
Per quanto concerne l'informazione di chi ha acquistato l'immobile, Questa informazione mi è stata fornita da un vicino di casa che abita vicino l'immobile da lui acquistato.
