 In a garden of quiet and light there is the school of Fabrizio and Benedetta, the teachers that I have so much sought and whom I have chosen for their teaching transmitted with passion, attention, trust and so much energy. A chance to grow, to know, to smile, to feel good in body and mind. A moment of care for oneself and one's self.

Viralab Yoga is a school that focuses on the journey of self-realization, in an environment of joy and sharing that I have not found anywhere else. Each lesson is a moment of peace and growth, and the many seminars that are proposed add further enthusiasm to the practice. Absolutely to recommend!

Consigliatissimo per chi ama lo yoga e per chiunque abbia voglia di lavorare su di sé e di riscoprirsi.
A truly unique place to practice yoga in the center of Rome. Large and bright room surrounded by greenery. A nourishment for the body and the spirit. Benedetta and Fabrizio convey the passion and dedication towards self-realization and being a practitioner.
Highly recommended for those who love yoga and for anyone who wants to work on himself and rediscover himself.
