LA PALESTRA dove ci si allena sul serio!!!
ambientato fin da subito ho trovato maestri preparati e competenti
ci si può allenare dalla mattina alla sera, piccola sala pesi ma ben attrezzata a disposizione dei soci,
ci si allena con rispetto serietà e impegno ad ogni singola lezione.
secondo me ottima sopratutto per i ragazzi per disciplina e valorizzare il sport/sacrificio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado da qualche anno ed è una palestra in cui ci si allena sul serio. Maestri preparati ma non è adatto secondo me per i permalosi cronici. Devi saper accettare le critiche. Un ambiente in cui non ti insegnano solo ad allenarti (e a combattere se vuoi) ma ti insegnano educazione e disciplina, cosa che oggi non vedo più spesso tra i più giovani.
I have been going there for a few years and it is a gym where you train seriously. Prepared masters but not suitable in my opinion for chronic touches. You have to know how to accept criticism. An environment in which they do not only teach you to train (and to fight if you want) but they teach you education and discipline, something that today I don't see more often among the younger ones.
