Tutto il personale è attento alle esigenze di ogni singolo cliente, estremamente paziente anche dinanzi alle più difficili ... come la sottoscritta. Lo consiglio vivamente!
 I have been visiting this friendly place for years, run by incredibly qualified and professional people.
All the staff are attentive to the needs of each individual customer, extremely patient even in the face of the most difficult ... such as myself. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 5 anni che frequento questo Hairstylist e devo dire che ogni volta che vado mi sorprendo. Stefano è bravissimo, non potrei chiedere di più, Giorgia e Roberta , a seconda di chi mi capita, ogni volta mi rendono super felice, azzeccando il colore o la piega. Qualche giorno fa ho cambiato totalmente il mio look e ora sono strafelice dei risultati.
Per colpa di questo periodo particolare ci sono delle regole da seguire e come ho potuto vedere con i miei occhi, loro rispettano le regole al 110%. Ho visto disinfettare più volte postazioni, spazzole e usare mantelline usa e getta, complimenti a loro per il duro lavoro CONTINUATE COSÌ.
I have been attending this Hairstylist for 5 years and I must say that every time I go I am surprised. Stefano is very good, I couldn't ask for more, Giorgia and Roberta, depending on who happens to me, make me super happy every time, matching the color or the style. A few days ago I totally changed my look and now I'm delighted with the results.
Because of this particular period there are rules to follow and as I could see with my own eyes, they respect the rules 110%. I have seen disinfecting stations, brushes and using disposable capes several times, congratulations to them for their hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!! I went to a different salon to get a trim and left with an uneven haircut. I went to SANTONI just to get it evened out. I did not want a style or short haircut, I simply wanted my hair evened out as I have been growing it out. I told the guy cutting my hair that I specifically did NOT want layers, although he suggested them because he "does not like straight across haircuts." I ended up leaving with a bunch of layers and my hair was over four inches shorted than when I went in. He completely disregarded what I asked for, and did what he wanted. NEWS FLASH your job is to cut hair however the customer asks, not to do whatever you want. Worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon and I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
