★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto B1yoga in una lezione all'aperto a Villa Pamphili e mi è piaciuto il suo approccio allo yoga, gentile e preparato.
Anche la sua comunicazione, su FB e IG è curata: uno yoga in pillole piacevole da seguire.
Purtroppo la pandemia ci ha impedito di proseguire dal vivo, ma tramite Zoom abbiamo continuato il percorso; ogni lezione ha un focus diverso, Federico è sempre aperto a spunti da parte nostra, per approfondire alcuni aspetti della pratica.
Non vedo l'ora di tornare a "yogare" in presenza!
I met B1yoga in an outdoor class in Villa Pamphili and I liked her gentle and knowledgeable approach to yoga.
Even his communication, on FB and IG is taken care of: a pleasant yoga in pills to follow.
Unfortunately, the pandemic prevented us from continuing live, but through Zoom we continued the journey; each lesson has a different focus, Federico is always open to ideas from us, to deepen some aspects of the practice.
Can't wait to go back to "yogare" in attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dpo mesi passati a praticare online avevo desiderio di farlo all'aperto e cercando un po ho trovato Federico con cui mi sono trovata subito molto bene. È un insegnante accurato e attento, guida la pratica in maniera chiara e segue tutti con molta cura e delicatezza. Inoltre è simpatico e il posto scelto per le lezioni a Villa Pamphili è magico e in caso di pioggia abbiamo potuto fare comunque lezione nel suo studio di Trastevere. Una vera fortuna averlo incontrato.
After months of practicing online I had the desire to do it outdoors and looking for a while I found Federico with whom I immediately found myself very well. He is an accurate and attentive teacher, guides the practice clearly and follows everyone with great care and delicacy. He is also nice and the place chosen for the lessons at Villa Pamphili is magical and in case of rain we could still have lessons in his studio in Trastevere. A real fortune to have met him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AmaZing vibes ⭐️ love the plants and crystals , great atmosphere. The yoga was very well balanced and amusing. i was entertained the entire time, wasn’t bored during the vinyasa flow as i feel like they can be so repetitive…
I felt amazing as soon as 5 minutes in and did some stretches i haven’t I’m a while so it was very inventive and different than other yoga classes I’ve been to. It was challenging but not difficult super pleasant ?? highly recommend
