★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno spazio molto bello e ben curato, a due passi dalla metro di circo massimo con insegnanti attente, preparate. Le lezioni sono sia in inglese che in italiano... a me è piaciuto tantissimo questo spazio internazionale :)
 A very beautiful and well cared for space, a stone's throw from the maximum circus track with attentive, prepared teachers. The lessons are both in English and in Italian ... I really enjoyed this international space :)

I had a chance to meet this wonderful person, not the owner of the Aventino yoga studio. I was surprised by his professionalism and enchanting location. I advise anyone who wants to think of himself a visit to Aventine yoga.

L'unico motivo per cui non seguirò altre lezioni è la distanza dal mio quartiere.
I took an aerial yoga class with great satisfaction. The instructor explains very clearly. I really enjoyed the lesson.
The only reason I won't take any more lessons is the distance from my neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely little studio run by the very excellent Nadine who also teaches some of the classes. Her Saturday session was a perfect mix of asana and philosophy; a well rounded, challenging and integrated class suitable for all levels. Go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of practicing at this studio for a couple of weeks while visiting Rome. I highly recommend the studio. It’s small and intimate and I learned so much from Nadine who really is a wonderful teacher. It was such a nice experience and I will definitely go back when I’m next in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to their yoga today at 1:30 and wow! what a great workout. She really knows her stuff. She did the class in English for me and even after 22 years of yoga, I learned a few new things. Haven't done yoga in 2 months and I was sweating buckets. I'm sure she modifies the class though, according to the levels of the participants. Just so you know, Covid limits the number. Reservations are essential even if you're just doing the $20 drop-in class.
