Voglio citare in particolare Simona che mi ha seguita dall'inizio! Rispondono sempre con tempestività alle e-mail, sono sempre disponibili a spiegare con chiarezza tecnicismi ai più ignoti. L'organizzazione, anche in tempo di Covid, è perfetta. Il consiglio è di prenotare sempre. Avrete il servizio in orario e sarà dedicato il tempo necessario alla specifica pratica. Highly recommended! R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una settimana passata in vano a chiamare il centralino senza ricevere alcuna risposta o quelle poche volte che mi rispondevano guarda caso cadeva sempre la linea ho deciso di andare di persona ma anche in quel caso spesso e volentieri trovavo chiuso quando invece nel cartello degli orari dava aperto o pure non mi apriva nessuno pur essendo aperto... (neanche la decenza di prendersi 5 minuti ad aggiornare i nuovi orari...) "finalmente" dopo diversi buchi nell'acqua li ho trovati aperti ma anche in quel caso ho dovuto bussare diverse volte e aspettare buoni 10/15 minuti prima che passasse un signore li per caso che gentilmente li ha avvisati che c'era un poro cristo ad aspettare fuori... Viene questo signore e gentilmente gli chiedo di prendere l'appuntamento (e dentro di me dicevo: EVVIVA CE L'HO FATTA!!! bé mi sbagliavo di grosso...) al che il signore va nella stanza della signora e dopo 5 minuti abbondanti mi viene incontro con un foglio dicendomi che dovevo prenotare tramite il centralino... Al che io gli dico che era piú di una settimana che provavo a prenotare senza successo...e gli chiedo se la signora potesse uscire dalla stanza e fare 2 METRI per prendermi l'appuntamento....niente non cé stato niente da fare...la signora non e voluta uscire dall'ufficio e fare 2 METRI e prendermi l'appuntameto...Sono deluso e amareggiato perché bastava veramennte poco e parlando con altri signori che facevano la fila sembra che queste disavventure siano molto comuni... Per quanto mi riguarda lo sconsiglio vivamente questo posto e non ci metteró MAI PIU PIEDE li dentro!!! (not even the decency to take 5 minutes to update the new times ...) "finally" after several holes in the water I found them open but even then I had to knock several times and wait a good 10/15 minutes before a gentleman passed them by chance who kindly advised them that there was a poro christ waiting outside ... This gentleman comes and I kindly ask him to make the appointment (and inside me I said: HAPPY I DID IT !!! well I was very wrong ...) to which the gentleman goes to the lady's room and after 5 minutes abundant comes to meet me with a sheet telling me that I had to book through the switchboard ... To which I tell him that I had been trying to book without success for more than a week ... and I ask him if the lady could leave the room and go 2 METERS to make the appointment .... nothing there was nothing to do ... the lady did not want to leave the office and go 2 METERS and take the appointment ... I am disappointed and embittered because it took very little and talking with other gentlemen who were in line it seems that these misadventures are very common .. . As for me I strongly advise against this place and I will NEVER put FOOT in them again !!!

She explained everything I needed and took the time to search for something that was missing, rather than telling me to find it myself and come back tomorrow.
