★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero sempre trovata benissimo in questa farmacia ma oggi , nel reparto integratori , dove non c’era al momento personale , mentre mi cercavo di orientare per trovare un prodotto , sono stata invitata bruscamente ad allontanarmi dal banco da una signorina arrivata lì per lì . Mi sono sentita rimproverata in modo brusco quando il reparto era sguarnito e non era certo colpa mia se i prodotti erano esposti anche dietro il bancone . Oltretutto è una farmacia molto fai da te , in cui i clienti possono prendere i prodotti da soli. Per una farmacia che si distingue per la gentilezza del personale non un buon segno.
 I had always had a great time in this pharmacy but today, in the supplement department, where there was no staff at the moment, while I was trying to orient myself to find a product, I was abruptly invited to leave the counter by a young lady who had arrived there and then. I felt abruptly reprimanded when the department was unguarded and it was certainly not my fault that the products were also displayed behind the counter. Furthermore, it is a very DIY pharmacy, where customers can pick up the products themselves. For a pharmacy that stands out for the kindness of the staff not a good sign.

Volevo ringraziare in particolare la Signora FRANCESCA (preparata, attenta e molto disponibile verso il cliente), la quale mi ha consigliato diversi prodotti PERFETTI per la mia pelle delicata, sensibile e soggetta ad irritazioni, soprattutto agli occhi: le sue indicazioni e i suoi consigli sono stati preziosissimi; da quando uso questi prodotti la mia pelle é migliorata, più luminosa, più liscia e, soprattutto, non ho più avuto problemi di secchezza, allergia e irritazioni.

I especially wanted to thank Mrs. FRANCESCA (prepared, attentive and very helpful towards the customer), who recommended several PERFECT products for my delicate, sensitive and irritated skin, especially the eyes: her indications and advice are very precious states; since I have been using these products my skin has improved, brighter, smoother and, above all, I have no longer had problems with dryness, allergy and irritation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano consigliato questa farmacia per il tipo di servizio offerto dal personale. In effetti, ho trovato una persona competente, la dott.ssa Lucilla, che ha capito subito di cosa avessi bisogno senza farmi spendere tantissimo su una gamma ampia di prodotti da scegliere. Una volta tornata a casa ho provato il prodotto e mi è molto piaciuto. La farmacia è enorme e ha veramente tante scelte diverse. Consiglio vivamente.
They recommended this pharmacy to me for the kind of service the staff offered. In fact, I found a competent person, Dr. Lucilla, who immediately understood what I needed without making me spend a lot on a wide range of products to choose from. Once back home I tried the product and I really liked it. The pharmacy is huge and has so many different choices. I highly recommend.

Ciò che rende ancora più speciale la mia esperienza di acquisto è la presenza del personale veramente gentile! In particolar modo Federica del reparto cosmesi: gentilissima, molto professionale, competente, informata a 360 gradi su tutto, tanto cordiale, riesce sempre a colmare ogni mia esigenza…super consigliata!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato in un reparto Dermocosmesi per molto tempo a contatto con le persone dove offrivo con piacere consulenza e consigliavo il protocollo domiciliare più idoneo alle proprie esigenze cutanee grazie alla professionalità di una grande collega che il sorriso c'è l'aveva anche sugli occhi ;al di la della spesa finale il cliente veniva ulteriormente coccolato con dei campioni per conoscere nuovi prodotti o gadget, senza aspettare che fosse quest'ultimo a chiederli, (è il minimo ed è una carineria in più, ma non per comprarsi il cliente piuttosto per un 'attenzione naturale sempre gradita!)
I clienti non sono sempre solo di passaggio, non sono numeri, non si conclude solo una vendita fine a se stessa... La professionalità (sopratutto in farmacia) abbraccia molto di più.
Per vendere bisogna essere empatico e non soldati che eseguono regolamenti per raggiungere degli obiettivi... Si rischia di dimenticare la cosa più importante :il cliente non è solo un numero!
I worked in a Dermocosmetics department for a long time in contact with people where I gladly offered advice and recommended the most suitable home protocol for my skin needs thanks to the professionalism of a great colleague who also had a smile on her eyes; beyond the final expense, the customer was further pampered with samples to learn about new products or gadgets, without waiting for the latter to ask for them, (it is the minimum and it is an extra cuteness, but not to buy the customer rather to a natural attention always welcome!)
Customers are not always just passing through, they are not numbers, not only a sale ends in itself ... Professionalism (especially in pharmacies) embraces much more.
To sell you need to be empathetic and not soldiers who follow regulations to achieve goals ... You risk forgetting the most important thing: the customer is not just a number!

Mi riferisco a tutto il personale con cui ho avuto modo di aver a che fare, dalle dottoresse al personale addetto alle vendite nel reparto cosmetici. Conoscono alla perfezione i prodotti che ti propongono e sanno sempre offrire la miglior consulenza, suggerendo il miglior prodotto per ogni specifica esigenza.

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time, I have always found an infinite number of products and, above all, a lot of kindness, competence and professionalism. I am referring to all the staff I have dealt with, from doctors to sales staff in the cosmetics department. They know perfectly the products they offer you and always know how to offer the best advice, suggesting the best product for each specific need.
All really fantastic and super kind !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff... not evening listening to what you’re asking .. and is there a law on not putting any price on anything? The guy at the counter was literally bartering for some hay fever pills. “You know what guys, I’ll do 10 instead of 20.” Are we in the middle ages still in Rome?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPENSIVE and really bad service. Also most of the good notes here are FAKE because it's people with just 1 comment. And most of the bad comments are real people as they have many comments.
They just try to sell you the most expensive product and when you ask them to see others they tell you it's all the same price.
