Seppure lo staff sia molto competente, ci sono alcuni che invece mancano di cordialità. Eccezion fatta per Giulia che invece ha tantissime qualità, sempre pronta ad aiutarti, con la massima gentilezza ed educazione, non focalizzandosi solo sulla vendita. Se posso permettermi, lei merita un aumento importante per tutto ciò che fa e per come lo fa. Well-stocked pharmacy also for personal care where you can often find a wide range of products on offer. While the staff are very competent, there are some who lack friendliness. Except for Giulia who instead has many qualities, always ready to help you, with the utmost kindness and education, not focusing only on sales. Più di una volta i farmacisti mi hanno risposto in maniera scorbutica e sgarbata, soprattutto giudicandomi per i prodotti che stessi acquistando (il che é scandaloso, considerando il loro mestiere). Davvero maleducati, da evitare assolutamente The worst pharmacy in the area! In attesa del mio turno ho avvertito tensione ed ambiente poco accogliente anche da parte dell’addetta ai tamponi, molto antipatica e saccente. Cambio di personale farmacista, molto valido in pochi mesi. Valuteró cambio farmacia. While waiting for my turn, I felt tension and an unwelcoming environment even on the part of the tampon attendant, very unpleasant and know-it-all. Change of pharmacist staff, very valid in a few months. I will consider changing the pharmacy.

La ragazza che mi ha consegnato il referto è stata molto carina e cordiale. Farmacia consigliatissima I went to this pharmacy to give my son a quick swab and, although there were many people, I found the tampon staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Intanto è riservato uno spazio all’entrata dove non e’ possibile fare una fila e tutti litigano, le applicate che si occupano di voi VI TRATTANO MALISSIMO, VI DISCRIMINANO. Fanno finta di dimenticarsi del codice fiscale e vi consegnano lo scontrino senza il CF. Se osi far presente che qualcuno ti è passato avanti, si permettono di alzare la voce e sgridarti come se fossi un bambino all’asilo, senza nessun comportamento che si ricordi di un minimo di educazione, ne sanno cosa vuol dire la parola rispetto. Veramente un posto da non metterci piede altro che una stella UN POSTO DA EVITARE ACCURATAMENTE!! Do not go to this pharmacy especially to make a Tampon !!!!! Il giorno 5 c.m, alle ore 18 circa,decidiamo di fare un tampone rapido e mentre facevamo la fila, in attesa dell'esito di quest'ultimo ci si avvicina una, sedicente dottoressa, presumo lo fosse perchè non indossava nè il camice e tantomeno il cartellino identificativo (vestita di nero). La quale ci comunicava l'esito del tampone rapido antigenico, davanti a tutti e ad alta voce. Vi mancano proprio le basi!!! In generale mi sono servita in questa farmacia altre volte, senza riscontrare nè professionalità e tantomeno cordialità. Saccenti e spocchiosi Zero stars. Too many too. Which communicated the result of the quick antigenic swab, in front of everyone and in a loud voice. You just lack the basics !!! In general I have served in this pharmacy other times, without encountering neither professionalism nor cordiality. Prudent and snooty
