★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la Farmacia è grande, spaziosa ed ha vario personale, tutte donne. Il personale è disponibile però dopo vari mesi che la utilizzo devo dire che non hanno mai quello che mi serve (mentre invece altre farmacie in centro come l'Internazionale di Pzza Barberini o la farmacia Reale di Via della Vite sono fornitissime), non solo, ma dopo che gli ordini un prodotto 1, 2, 3 volte dovrebbero magari capire di tenersene un po' di scorta e invece puntualmente quando lo vai a chiedre..non c'è- Certe volte si perdono gli ordini e poi non prendono mai il telefono del cliente (almeno non il mio) per fargli sapere se un prodotto è arrivato (la Farmacia di Via di Capo Le case sempe inc entro invece lo fa puntualmente). Il sistema di ordini è antiquato (un quaderno!..ma i computer??) in definitiva mi sembra che dovrebbero fare delle correzioni di gestione. Il voto resta basso.
Pharmacy is large, spacious and has a variety of staff, all women. The staff is available however after several months that I use to say that they never what I need (whereas other pharmacies in the center as the International Pzza Barberini or the Royal Route pharmacy Lives are-stocked), not only, but after you order a product 1, 2, 3 times, they might even understand that you keep a little stock of them and instead, on time when you go and ask ... there isn't any- Sometimes you lose orders and then never take the the customer's phone (at least not mine) to let him know if a product has arrived (the Pharmacy Via Capo Le sempe homes inc before he lets on time). The order system is outdated (a notebook .. but computers ??) in the end I think they should do the management fixes. The vote remains low.
