She finished her work and went out.
Her colleague tried to register our COVID test results in the system to print QR-codes for us.
Something went wrong and she couldn't cope during 1 hour.
Then she called Melania to ask questions.
15 minutes later Melania went back to work and solved a problem within 10 minutes.
Only Melania's patience, smile and positive relation to her job allowed us to be on time in US embassy with all documents.
Melania, thank you! You are the best!!!!
