Per quanto il gruppo dei partecipanti fosse eterogeneo nelle esperienze e nei percorsi precedenti, siamo riusciti tutti a trovare un ottimo feeling grazie al quale sono nate amicizie sincere. Claudio Spadola si è dimostrato un Maestro, degno della M maiuscola. Grazie alle sapienti indicazioni di Claudio, ho riscoperto l'uso e le potenzialità di questo sconosciuto ed affascinante mezzo, che troppo spesso "indosso" senza rendermi veramente conto della sua importanza, ovvero il mio corpo. I have just finished the Theatrical Biomechanics Laboratory in Nature, in the splendid setting of Mauro's "Cerasa Marina" B&B. Although the group of participants was heterogeneous in previous experiences and paths, we all managed to find an excellent feeling thanks to which sincere friendships were born. Claudio Spadola proved to be a Master, worthy of the capital M. Thanks to Claudio's wise indications, I have rediscovered the use and potential of this unknown and fascinating medium, which I too often "wear" without really realizing its importance, that is my body.

Non sapevo cosa fosse la biomeccanica teatrale nonostante l'approccio che ho con i laboratori teatrali già da qualche anno e ne sono rimasta entusiasta. Claudio ci ha fatto subito entrare nel vivo con esercizi pratici e poche.parole introduttive, portandoci realmente e concretamente alla scoperta e conoscenza del nostro corpo e del linguaggio che da esso ne possiamo scaturire, facendoci "piantare "i piedi a terra, alle radici, fino al comprendere che ad ogni pensiero scenico è necessario passare da un inizio, all'azione stessa e ad una conclusione , ,facendoci sperimentare con tutte le parti del corpo e nello spazio le.molteplici possibilità che ognuno di noi ha quando si lascia trasportare dalle emozioni senza inibizioni, godendoci appieno ogni momento. Ci ha seguiti negli esercizi uno ad uno con estrema attenzione e professionalità. Il gruppo è risultato subito amalgamato, anche nelle improvvisazioni a seguire che ci hanno dato modo di mettere in pratica le abilità apprese. Poche ma intense ore , vissute con grande partecipazione che mi hanno fatto capire di voler sicuramente proseguire questo tipo di percorso. "The construction site" via G. Modena with the master Claudio Spadola. I didn't know what theatrical biomechanics was despite the approach I have had with theatrical workshops for some years now and I was enthusiastic about it. Claudio immediately made us come alive with practical exercises and a few introductory words, leading us really and concretely to the discovery and knowledge of our body and the language that we can derive from it, making us "plant" our feet on the ground, at the roots, up to the understanding that for every scenic thought it is necessary to pass from a beginning, to the action itself and to a conclusion, making us experiment with all the parts of the body and in space the many possibilities that each of us has when he lets himself be carried away by emotions without inhibitions, fully enjoying every moment. He followed us in the exercises one by one with extreme attention and professionalism. The group was immediately amalgamated, even in the following improvisations that gave us the opportunity to put the skills learned into practice. A few but intense hours, lived with great participation that made me understand that I definitely want to continue this type of path. V	Vincenza Provenzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per alcuni anni ho seguito vari corsi di biomeccanica tenuti da Claudio Spadola ed anche se oramai vivo in un'altra città ed in un altro stato, continuo a non riuscire a trovare nulla di comparabile. Lavorare con Claudio significa ritrovarsi faccia a faccia con un grande insegnante, un bravissimo attore ed un vero professionista: i suoi corsi sono tecnica, disciplina e passione. Penso che siano tra le cose che più mi mancano di Roma e, se mai dovessi tornarci a vivere, sicuramente sarei felice di iscrivermi di nuovo ai suoi laboratori. Claudio grazie mille per tutto ciò che mi hai insegnato! For a few years I have followed various biomechanics courses held by Claudio Spadola and even though I am now living in another city and in another state, I still cannot find anything comparable. Working with Claudio means finding yourself face to face with a great teacher, a very good actor and a true professional: his courses are technique, discipline and passion. I think they are among the things I miss most in Rome and, if I ever have to go back to live, surely I would be happy to enroll in his workshops again. Ho recentemente seguito il Laboratorio di Biomeccanica delle emozioni, nel quale abbiamo lavorato sull'apertura alla creatività, sullo svuotarsi per poter diventare altro da noi, lasciando libero il corpo di esprimersi senza i vincoli del pensiero e del giudizio, e abbiamo cercarto di ritrovare gli occhi del bambino, il suo sguardo sul mondo. È stato un laboratorio pieno di scoperte che mi ha fatto soprendere di me stessa. Ringrazio Claudio per tutti i suoi insegnamenti e per averci guidato attraverso questo viaggio che spero di poter riprendere quanto prima, magari nel workshop intensivo. A few years ago I attended the annual course with Claudio Spadola and I always wanted to go back to at least follow her workshops because I found his unique way of working. Una serie di esercizi che permettono di concentrarsi sulla percezione del proprio corpo attraverso l'ascolto immersivo e "diverso" di musica di vario genere. Parteciperei volentieri ad un'altra edizione! Rich and interesting experience last weekend at the intensive seminar of biomechanics of feeling with the master Claudio Spadola.
