Mascherine cinesi a 10 euro! Ho acquistato 10 mascherine pagandole 99,00 euro. Come mi sono reso conto che probabilmente non erano certificate e di produzione cinese sono tornato a chiedere la sostituzione che mi Γ¨ stata negata. Essendo vecchio cliente ho deciso che non piΓΉ metterΓ² piede in quella farmacia.
Chinese Masks 10 euro! I bought 10 masks by paying € 99,00. As I realized that probably were not certified and produced in China I went back to ask for another that I was denied. Being old customer I decided I no longer set foot in the pharmacy.

Esperienza totalmente negativa, farmacista scorbutico e assolutamente non professionale. Mi sono recata in questa farmacia per una fortissima ed improvvisa reazione allergica chiedendo del Bentelan (non sapevo che fosse necessaria la ricetta medica) che mi viene giustamente negato. Tuttavia, alla mia disperata richiesta di aiuto poiché iniziavo a sentirmi sempre peggio,il farmacista fa letteralmente spallucce aggiungendo, con tono di totale indifferenza nei confronti del cliente, "io non posso dartelo". In preda al panico, ho dovuto, IO STESSA, chiedere se esistesse qualche altro farmaco che potesse bloccare la reazione allergica...mi chiedo come non sia venuto in mente a lui di propormi un'alternativa e tentare comunque di aiutarmi in un momento di panico oltre che di letterale malessere fisico. Sono uscita di lì altamente irritata ed offesa da tanta indifferenza da parte di chi, per professione, dovrebbe soccorrerti e prendersi cura te piuttosto che ignorarti.
Totally bad experience, grouchy and absolutely unprofessional pharmacist. I went to this pharmacy for a very strong and sudden allergic reaction asking for Bentelan (I did not know that a prescription was needed) which I am rightly denied. However, to my desperate request for help as I was starting to feel worse and worse, the pharmacist literally shrugs, adding, in a tone of total indifference to the customer, "I can't give it to you". In a panic, I had to, MYSELF, ask if there was any other drug that could block the allergic reaction ... I wonder how it did not occur to him to offer me an alternative and still try to help me in a moment of panic as well as literal physical discomfort. I came out of there highly irritated and offended by so much indifference on the part of those who, by profession, should help you and take care of you rather than ignore you.

Una mascherina 6 euro senza scontrino!!! Meritereste di stare in galera, non in una farmacia! Pereti Enei! Riposta al proprietario: La mascherina mi fu venduta senza scontrino e senza nemmeno la confezione. Lo so che lo scontrino Γ¨ obbligatorio, per questo dico che meritereste la galera. Mettere in dubbio la parola del cliente senza investigare minimamente sul personale (visto che non ha alcun interesse a lasciare recensioni false, quando ho oltre 300 contributi su Google) Γ¨ la prova di quello che sto sostenendo. Siete vergognosi! Spero che la GdF faccia i dovuti controlli ?

Ottima farmacia. In mia opinione, da cliente verso fornitore, bisogna sempre sapere con chi si ha a che fare. Le persone che lavorano nella farmacia hanno tantissimi clienti, anche provenienti da tutto il mondo che entrano e fanno richieste di ogni tipo. Normale che ogni tanto la fatica si faccia sentire. Ma cmq, parlando della mia esperienza, sono sempre stati cortesi e forniti anche su consigli e fornitura di farmaci antiepilettici generici, in alternativa a quelli originali che erano stati prescritti dalla neurologa che mi segue.

The people who work in the pharmacy have many customers, even from all over the world who come in and make requests of all kinds. It is normal that every now and then the fatigue makes itself felt. But anyway, speaking of my experience, they have always been courteous and also provided on advice and supply of generic antiepileptic drugs, as an alternative to the original ones that had been prescribed by the neurologist who follows me.

The pharmacist helped me find the cold and allergy medicines I needed. I also picked up some sunscreen because we can’t get products with Mexoryl in US. The friendly pharmacist sent me away with free children’s gifts because I had purchased a children’s sunscreen, even though the children weren’t with me.

We wanted to pay with a 10 euro bill but the cashier wouldn't let us pay except with a 5 euro bill this is absurd. He had the change! EDIT to the response below: Our purchase was for 4 euros. Not less than 1, also the cashier didn't ask, he simply wouldn't take the money.
