Al telefono dicono 30 euro per la chiamati piu costi di eventuali pezzi, all'arrivo 150 euro o vanno via.
Senza scontrino/ricevuta senza nulla.
Intervento non professionale e molto casinaro e soprattutto non risolutivo. Sarete costretti a chiamare un tecnico nuovamente dopo che vi sboccheranno la situazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso purtroppo unirmi al coro di pareri positivi, i quali mi avevano spinto a ricorrere a chiamare la MAV. Avevo necessità di allacciare una nuova cucina e i due tecnici giunti sul posto, ai quali avevo pregato di essere risolutivi dopo due precedenti recenti esperienze negative con due distinti idraulici, intervenuti per altri motivi, si sono mostrati all'inizio molto impeccabili: sono stati gli unici a fornirmi un preventivo a voce sulla base degli interventi da effettuare. Preventivo decisamente esoso (sono rimasto un attimo interdetto e senza fiato), ma preso dall'urgenza ho dato il mio OK. L'effettuazione dei lavori è stata decisamente grossolana, con danni provocati e dettata essenzialmente dalla fretta di evadere la richiesta di un cliente successivo. Morale della favola: sono dovuto ricorrere ad un quarto professionista, il quale mi ha risolto tutte le problematiche ancora in essere. Dulcis in fundo, il preventivo di cui sopra era da intendersi...al netto dell'IVA: un bagno di sangue! Non mi sento minimamente di suggerire quest'impresa.

I needed to connect a new kitchen and the two technicians who arrived on site, to whom I had asked to be decisive after two previous recent negative experiences with two distinct plumbers, who intervened for other reasons, were very impeccable at the beginning: they were the only ones to provide me with an oral estimate based on the interventions to be carried out. Definitely expensive quote (I was baffled and breathless for a moment), but taken by the urgency I gave my OK. The execution of the work was decidedly gross, with damage caused and essentially dictated by the rush to fulfill the request of a subsequent customer. Moral of the story: I had to resort to a fourth professional, who solved all the problems still in existence. Last but not least, the aforementioned quote was intended ... net of VAT: a bloodbath! I do not feel in the least to suggest this undertaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto 5 stelle solo perchè il prezzo è stato esorbitante. La riparazione è avvenuta ed è stata precisa e veloce (bravo il tecnico), ma il prezzo di 90 euro per un intervento di 5 secondi (non scherzo), mi sembrano davvero eccessivi.
Capisco i costi che ci possono essere dietro, ma a tutto c'è un limite di buon senso.
I don't put 5 stars just because the price was exorbitant. The repair took place and was precise and fast (the technician is good), but the price of 90 euros for a 5-second intervention (I'm not kidding) seems really excessive to me.
I understand the costs that may be behind it, but there is a limit of common sense to everything.
