Non funziona e non è programmabile. Si è rifiutato di riprenderlo. Dopo la risposta della suddetta Ditta, piena di fandonie, confermo la mia recensione, aggiungendo che sì, e' intervenuto il titolare non un tecnico, e che ha fornito esempi di urli e maleducazione e minacce a tutta la via, perche' era li' per un altro problema e si è rifiutato di constatare l'errore fatto. In pratica ha venduto un anonimo telecomando , senza alcuna marca sulla scatola, senza riferimenti di produzione e assolutamente non compatibile, ma ,anche in maniera violenta e minacciando( testimoni), non ha riconosciuto l'errore. Per 36 euro di telecomando, ha frodato qualcuno che non era competente, pazienza !, professionalità zero. Telecomando originale , programmato a domicilio dal tecnico montatore della serranda, 30 euro. Va bene per fare copie di chiavi, ma, visto il soggetto, sperate che la chiave vada bene, perche' altrimenti non ammetterà mai di aver sbagliato e dara' fuori di testa, parolacce ecc. ecc. Soprattutto se sei donna. Ogni recensione negativa viene commentata con risposte maleducate e violente, ognuno puo' verificare le precedenti su google, è una persona che non accetta critiche, e' evidente. Ordinatissimo, fornito credo di qualsiasi cosa , (ho richiesto una lavorazione particolare e sono stato soddisfatto). Ogni cosa al suo posto e un posto per ogni cosa (I giapponesi adottano questa filosofia). Anche le macchine per le varie lavorazioni...ordinate, pulite, ognuna col suo set di accessori a corredo. Insomma un posto anche bello da vedere anche se non si devono acquistare Serraure o chiavi. Trovate anche telecomandi di vario tipo. In tempi un cui del negozio si fa sempre piu' a meno per via del commercio on line, vi assicuro che e' veramente un piacere ritrovarsi in un bel posto, serviti a dovere e con cortesia.
