Sono andata questa mattina con la mia chiave che era caduta e anziché togliermi un sacco di soldi hanno risolto sistemando le alette della batteria che si era spostata. Li straconsiglio e ci tornerò se mi dovesse servire. Professional and honest. The best you can find. I went this morning with my key which had fallen out and instead of taking away a lot of money they solved by fixing the battery lugs which had shifted. I highly recommend them and will stay there again if I need to.

Ho sostituito entrambe le serrature della porta di casa con due a cilindro europeo e defender di ultima generazione. Lavoro pulito e ben fatto. Tutto si è svolto rispettando le norme anti covid (i ragazzi non hanno mai tolto la mascherina) ed oggi non è scontato. Voglio ringraziare in maniera particolare Simone per il suo prezioso consiglio su cosa montare e per la sua professionalità e cortesia. Super consigliati! Very serious business, with polite, kind, helpful and very clean staff. I replaced both locks on the front door with two European cylinder and latest generation defender. Clean and well done job. Everything took place respecting the anti-covid rules (the boys never removed the mask) and today it is not taken for granted. I want to thank Simone in particular for his precious advice on what to mount and for his professionalism and courtesy. Super recommended!

La mia piacevolissima sorpresa è stata la facilità con cui ho potuto avere una nuova chiave. Il tecnico Giovanni si è messo immediatamente a mia disposizione (meglio concordare un appuntamento! ) e in 20 minuti mi ha fornito una chiave nuova, perfettamente funzionante e in garanzia! Aggiungo solo che la Ford mi chiedeva più del doppio e tutta una serie di documenti riguardanti la macchina e la mia persona al limite del ridicolo! Mancavano il certificato di nascita, battesimo, cresima e matrimonio e poi c'erano tutti!!! E parecchi soldi in più ? Sono proprio contenta di aver scoperto Sicurchiavi e lo consiglierò a tutte le persone che conosco. Grazie Giovanni per la disponibilità e per l'efficienza. My very pleasant surprise was the ease with which I was able to get a new key. The technician Giovanni immediately put himself at my disposal (better arrange an appointment!) And in 20 minutes he provided me with a new key, fully functional and under warranty! Add only that Ford was asking me for more than double and a whole series of documents concerning the car and my person bordering on ridicule! The birth certificate, baptism, confirmation and marriage were missing and then they were all there !!! And a lot of extra money ? They were fast, professional and upfront. Would definitely use them again for anything related to my locks and would recommend them to anyone that asks me for lock help.
