Se anche si tratta di ciò che è sempre lecito aspettarsi, sappiamo tutti che simili aspettative vengono talvolta deluse.
Mi ha poi particolarmente colpito la cura nella selezione dell'inquilino. Concedere un appartamento in affitto comporta sempre qualche rischio, ma hanno avuto la pazienza di cercare, nel mio interesse, un'ottima persona con la quale si è subito stabilito un rapporto cordiale e cooperativo. Ho ottenuto da loro non solo efficienza, ma anche tranquillità.
I relied on them for an apartment I wanted to lease. I found great seriousness, correctness and competence, as well as full assistance in the bureaucracy. If this is also what is always legitimate to expect, we all know that such expectations are sometimes disappointed.
I was particularly struck by the care in selecting the tenant. Granting a rented apartment always entails some risks, but they have had the patience to look for, in my interest, an excellent person with whom a cordial and cooperative relationship has been established. I obtained from them not only efficiency, but also tranquility.
