Seeing these people work all night makes me appreciate bread more. The day staff is always so friendly. Very good products.

Al lado tienen el horno.
Las galletas con chocolate están buenísimas, también las pastas de té.
Como en muchas panaderías, sirven también algunas comidas, como lassagna.
Normalmente suele haber colas.
One of the best bakeries in Rome, a pity that they open only in the morning.
Next door they have the oven.
Chocolate chip cookies are great, as are tea pastries.

Unica accortezza è sapere che la parte di vendita al pubblico chiude circa alle 13.30 per il resto è tutto buono, costa circa la metà che negli altri posti, e il servizio, pur nella sua sbrigatività, per efficienza e cortesia non ha nulla da invidiare a locali più blasonati...
the oven of the "Carpiceci sisters" is a certainty. They churn out all the time, a bit of everything.
