Premetto di essere cliente dal lontano 2001 quando ancora si chiamava streem. Mille scuse per farmi ritornare il giorno dopo. Oggi ci sono tornata e nonostante non ci fosse alcun cliente non mi guarda nemmeno e mi dice di aspettare. Dopo un buon quarto d' ora dico che doveva andare al lavoro. Risposta : io ora non ho tempo o aspetta ma non so quanto o vada altrove. Chiedo con cortesia alla signora sua collega di ritirare lei gli apparati , e lui la tratta malissimo perché si è resa disponibile. Una persona a dir poco maleducata, urlava contro di me , io non sono una ragazzina e essere trattata così dopo anni di fedele e puntuale cliente, mi ha fatto decidere di non far parte mai più del mondo sky. Evitate quel negozio gestito da una persona che non dovrebbe stare a contatto del pubblico. Yesterday I had to deliver the modem due to my absence from Italy for about a year. Ci hanno proposto un contratto di €18,50 al mese con disdetta gratuita in qualsiasi momento, ci siamo ritrovati a pagare €31,00 al mese. Abbiamo provato a fare la disdetta e ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare una penale. Alla fine ci siamo rivolti ad un centro specializzato e abbiamo scoperto che in realtà il contratto che loro ci hanno fatto non esisteva. PERSONE VERAMENTE DISONESTE!!!! DA DENUNCIA! !!! PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONTRACTS THAT THEY OFFER YOU !!! They offered us a contract of € 18.50 per month with free cancellation at any time, we found ourselves paying € 31.00 per month. Purtroppo sembra ci sia anche un problema aggiuntivo con la mia parabola ed anche in questa situazione mi ha supportato, facendo intervenire un tecnico al più presto I had problems with a sky decoder.
