Durante tutte le lavorazioni ho avuto come referente un'unica persona (Emiliano, il titolare), è stato così facile per me coordinare tutte le lavorazioni senza dovermi interfacciare direttamente con le varie maestranze. Ottima esperienza. I have dealt with this enterprise for the renovation of my apartment, professional, punctual and above all understand the customer and the needs. During all the work I had a single person as reference (Emiliano, the owner), it was so easy for me to coordinate all the work without having to interface directly with the various workers. C	Cristina Pucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lavoro è stato ben eseguito ed in modo impeccabile dal ragazzo Giorgio molto gentile, bravo, preciso, puntuale e disponibile.. un vero professionista che consiglierei a chiunque! Purtroppo però c'è stata poca chiarezza da parte della ditta sul prezzo. E' stato fatto un preventivo iniziale e successivamente a lavori in corso sono stati richiesti oltre 1200 euro in più rispetto al prezzo del preventivo iniziale per l'eliminazione dell'intonaco sotto le mattonelle (assurdo dato che le mattonelle non si reggono da sole!!) e il rifacimento di un muretto rotto da loro durante i lavori. Dato che stavamo senza bagno e con i lavori già avviati siamo stati costretti ad accattare e pagare il costo aggiuntivo soprattutto perchè la ditta ha minacciato più volte di abbandonare i lavori e lasciarci senza bagno qualora non avessimo pagato l'integrazione. The work was well executed and flawlessly by the very gentle, competent, precise, punctual and helpful Giorgio. A true professional that I would recommend to anyone! Unfortunately there has been little clarity from the company on price. An initial estimate has been made and more than 1200 euros have been requested after work in progress compared to the price of the initial estimate for the removal of the plaster under the tiles (absurd given that the tiles cannot stand on their own !! ) and the reconstruction of a wall broken by them during the works. Since we were without a bathroom and with the work already started, we were forced to bargain and pay the additional cost mainly because the company has repeatedly threatened to abandon the works and leave us without a bathroom if we had not paid the supplement.

We turned to Edil Petrozzi for the renovation of two bathrooms together with other internal modifications. Excellent staff, utmost courtesy and professionalism. A special praise to Mr. Giorgio, an educated, helpful person who performed the work flawlessly. In the future I will turn to them again for other work.

Non conoscevo molte ditte così ho fatto un giro sul web e in base alle recensioni, mi sono rivolta a questa ditta per un preventivo. Mi è piaciuto l'approccio professionale di Emiliano e abbiamo iniziato i lavori. A marzo è arrivato il lockdown, siamo rimasti bloccati avendo la residenza fuori Roma. Nonostante ciò i lavori appena possibile sono ripresi anche senza di noi e gli aggiornamenti avvenivano tramite video e foto oltre che telefonicamente. Abbiamo perso due mesi causa covid, ma a luglio la casa era pronta e nuova di zecca.. Abbiamo collaudato gli impianti e c'era un problema dovuto alle tubature del gas del condominio che è stato però prontamente risolto. Consiglio a tutti questa ditta per la loro serietà, precisione e puntualità non solo nella realizzazione del lavoro, ma anche nell' aggiornamento del preventivo in base alle opere realizzate cosa che consente di avere sotto controllo anche le spese. I didn't know many companies so I took a look around the web and based on the reviews, I turned to this company for a quote. I liked Emiliano's professional approach and we started the work. In March, the lockdown arrived, we were stuck having our residence outside Rome. Despite this, the works were resumed as soon as possible even without us and the updates were made via video and photos as well as by telephone. We lost two months due to covid, but in July the house was ready and brand new .. We tested the systems and there was a problem due to the gas pipes of the condominium which was however promptly resolved. I recommend this company to everyone for their seriousness, precision and punctuality not only in carrying out the work, but also in updating the estimate based on the works carried out, which allows you to also have expenses under control. A seguito di un problema all'impianto termico sorto poco tempo fa, li ho ricontattati e hanno provveduto nel giro di pochi giorni a sistemare il tutto. L'intervento sull'impianto, muratura e i ritocchi di pittura necessari è stato eseguito gratuitamente; forniscono infatti una garanzia di cinque anni su tutti i lavori eseguiti. È stata per l'appunto questa garanzia che ci ha fatto propendere per la Edil Petrozzi durante la scelta della ditta a cui affidare i lavori di ristrutturazione. Tutto il lavoro è stato svolto con precisione e serietà. Gli imprevisti che si sono verificati sono stati risolti dall'Ing. Petrozzi con competenza e professionalità e sempre dopo la spiegazione degli stessi e degli eventuali interventi risolutivi, interventi sempre descritti e preventivati nelle integrazioni, poi sottopostemi per approvazione. La squadra dell'Ing Petrozzi è sempre stata molto educata, molto pulita nei lavori e sempre molto disponibile. Per quanto riguarda i costi devo dire che sono stati tra i più bassi che mi sono stati mostrati nei vari preventivi che avevo richiesto. E la qualità del lavoro, come già detto, li vale tutti!
