Dopo 5 anni che siamo loro clienti: abbiamo appuntamento per la sostituzione di un pezzo della caldaia ( premetto che aspettiamo il pezzo da una settimana), dopo 2 ore di ritardo sono riuscita (io!) a mettermi in contatto con loro e mi dicono che non riescono a venire e mi spostano l'appuntamento al giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo arrivano i tecnici chiedo tranquillamente se si può avere uno sconto per il disagio. Risultato: sono stata insultata dalla titolare al telefono che ha ordinato ai tecnici (allibiti) di andarsene senza effettuare la sostituzione che avremmo pagato a prezzo pieno. POCO PROFESSIONALI, ARROGANTI E MALEDUCATI. TO AVOID!
