Boiler put on 20.1.2018 and certification documents never arrived .... called several times .. also paid warranty for several years never arrived ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo cari!! Per sostituire una valvola (che ho comprato io), fare il bollino blu e svitare il filtro da 2 rubinetti si sono presi €160 + iva per un lavoro di 1 ora è mezza, praticamente si prendono più di €100 l'ora di manodopera, mi sembra eccessivo....
Too expensive!! To replace a valve (which I bought), make the blue dot and unscrew the filter from 2 taps, they took € 160 + VAT for a 1 hour and a half work, practically it takes more than € 100 an hour of labor , it seems excessive to me ....
