★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un problema con la Tim da fine agosto. Una promozione non attivata per non so quale motivo ma in questo negozio ho trovato un dipendente gentile e preparato. Il problema non l'ho risolto ma ho avuto delle risposte chiare.
I've had a problem with Tim since late August. A promotion not activated for I don't know what reason but in this shop I found a kind and knowledgeable employee. I haven't solved the problem but I got clear answers.

My experience with Tim (trullo) was absolutely positive. I don't know the name of the young man who welcomed me but within ten minutes he had solved my problem. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expert and very polite support. Only one minus (hence 4/5 stars) is that the centre is quite popular and as there is only one main assistant one can experience a longish queque! Worth it when one gets served!
