★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEMPLICEMENTE PESSIMI. Mi è stato mandato un tecnico (che si spacciava per ingegnere) totalmente incompetente ad effettuare la prima accensione della mia caldaia ibrida Elco. Oltre ad aver installato un ugello di dimensioni sbagliate per il modello, oltre ad aver lasciato due tubi del gpl lenti, quasi al limite della perdita, mi ha arrecato un danno alla stessa non permettendo il funzionamento corretto. Danno segnalato il 19 gennaio giorno stesso in cui è venuto, ad oggi 14 marzo dopo numerose telefonate a vuoto al fantomatico ingegnere il danno è stato riparato semplicemente perchè ho chiamato un altro tecnico autorizzato Elco. VERGOGNOSI, dalla persona incompetente che ha effettuato l'operazione all'amministrazione che ho contattato per avere spiegazioni in merito. E non finisce qui, sto valutando di procedere per vie legali e chiedere un risarcimento danni per aver arrecato un danno alla caldaia nel giorno della prima accensione. A presto
SIMPLY BAD. I was sent a technician (who pretended to be an engineer) totally incompetent to carry out the first ignition of my Elco hybrid boiler. Damage reported on January 19th, the day he came, to today March 14th after numerous empty calls to the elusive engineer the damage has been repaired simply because I called another Elco authorized technician. SHAME, from the incompetent person who carried out the operation to the administration that I contacted for explanations on the matter.
