Praticamente, disponiamo oggi di un nuovo spazio chiuso, una bellissima vetrina sul terrazzo, da cui in inverno possiamo contemplare la vita esterna, lepiante, gli uccellini, la luna, come in un boccale. Un sogno. Dalle finestre non passa uno spifffero di vento né una goccia d'acqua, e quando fa caldo tutto si apre e i vetri spariscono sul lato del muro, e ridiventa una terrazza... Nodoc è gentile e rapido. Raccomando a chi può di ripetere la nostra esperienza, non è caro... Il signore con cui parlo mi dice di contattarlo tramite whattsap mandandogli le foto per vedere il danno e mi dice che mi avrebbe richiamato in serata. Non lo ha fatto. Richiamo la mattina dopo (cioè oggi) e mi dice che ha lavorato fino a tardi e si è scordato di chiamarmi. Sempre al telefono chiedo se possiamo fissare un nuovo appuntamento. Non si ricordava assolutamente di cosa stessi parlando, rispiego e mi dice che può passare solo venerdì e che lui lavora fino alle 16:00. Gli dico che mi ha appena detto che lavora anche fino a tardi...! Mi dice che solo i sopralluoghi sono fino alle 16:00, ma i preventivi li fa fino alle 19:30 la sera?!...Basita, continuo e tento di chiedere un appuntamento spiegando che fino alle 16:00 anche io lavoro. Bene, troviamo un primo accordo per venerdì, poi mi chiede cosa esattamente deve fare, glielo rispiego per la terza volta, e mi dice che può venire giovedì ad un orario che, però, non va bene a me, mi risponde che può venire stasera alle 18:30...Ma non faceva sopralluoghi fino alle 16:00?! Torno a casa, non prendo altri impegni...Alle 19:42 nessuno si è presentato. Mando un messaggio costernata per la mancanza di professionilità e, soprattutto, per la maleducazione (nemmeno un messaggio per avvisarmi). Non solo hanno perso una cliente, ma farò sicuramente cattiva pubblicità a Sicur Infissi perchè indaffidabili! Absolutely unreliable! The gentleman I speak with tells me to contact him via whattsap by sending him photos to see the damage and he tells me he would call me back in the evening. It didn't. I call back the next morning (ie today) and he tells me he worked late and forgot to call me. Still on the phone, I ask if we can make a new appointment. He didn't remember at all what I was talking about, I answer back and tell me that he can only go on Friday and that he works until 4:00 pm. I tell him he just told me that he also works late ...! He tells me that only the inspections are until 16:00, but the estimates are made until 19:30 in the evening?! ... Quiet, I continue and I try to ask for an appointment, explaining that until 16:00 I also work. Good, we find a first agreement for Friday, then he asks me what exactly he has to do, I tell him again for the third time, and he tells me that he can come on Thursday at a time that, however, is not good for me, he replies that he can come tonight at 18 : 30 ... But didn't you make inspections until 4:00 pm ?! I come home, I don't make any other commitments ... At 7:42 pm no one showed up. I send a message dismayed by the lack of professionalism and, above all, by the rudeness (not even a message to warn me). Not only have they lost a customer, but I will certainly do bad publicity for Sicur Infissi because they are unreliable!

Abbiamo cambiato con la Sicur Infissi tutti gli infissi di casa. Eccellente il prodotto suggerito (PVC Schuco della NIKITA grazie al quale abbiamo subito avvertito il grande guadagno di confort acustico e termico), rifinito anche nei particolari il montaggio eseguito con cura e pulizia, trasparente e dettagliato il preventivo, ottimi i prezzi. Da consigliare sicuramente ! Congratulations to Engineer Mandreja for honesty, competence, kindness, availability even in after-sales assistance.
