E vabbè, era carina lo stesso, e così non ho detto nulla. Oggi sono andata a ritirare tre federe per cuscini di quelli molto morbidi, con la sabbia dentro, che prendono la forma del corpo, per i quali avevo chiesto appositamente che le federe fossero fatte di una misura più grande dato che dopo vari lavaggi il tessuto si restringe. Ma così non hanno fatto: le federe sono strettissime, addirittura il cuscino all'interno rimane piegato, e inoltre essendo compresso non può più prendere la forma del mio corpo: hanno quindi rovinato anche la funzionalità del cuscino. Ho buttato più di cinquanta euro inutilmente. A questi vanno aggiunti altri trenta dei tre cuscini che avevo acquistato, essendo oramai inservibili. 80 euro buttati per un disservizio ai limiti del tollerabile. La cosa incredibile è che quando ho fatto notare questo alla commessa, al momento del pagamento non mi ha fatto nemmeno 1 centesimo di sconto. Stupida sono stata io che ho accettato la merce quando avrei dovuto rifiutarla. Si dice che non c'è 2 senza 3, ma stavolta non accadrà perché da loro non tornerò mai più. Le tende che ho ritirato sono state confezione malissimo ....forse , se le avessi cucite io avrei fatto di meglio. Prezzo finale aumentato rispetto quanto pattuito. Vogliamo parlare del rispetto della normativa covid ? Il proprietario ha la bocca coperta da un pezzo di stoffa e una delle dipendenti gira in negozio senza mascherina .
