Pessimo pessimo pessimo !!!!!! pesima !!! they leave me notice without giving me the address of where to collect, after having found them via the internet, under a different name from that of the notice left, it is impossible to contact them by phone to find out the opening hours, even to not make a void journey. Bisogna telefonare al deposito e concordare una n uova consegna. Sempre che il centralino del deposito vi risponda. Nel 2017 il vettore (autista) chiama il cliente per sapere se può ripassare in altro orario. Così facendo AMAZON rischia di perdere un cliente! It is unacceptable that after a first unsuccessful delivery attempt there is not another one programmed automatically the next day. You have to phone the deposit and agree on a delivery egg. Io abito a Ottavia: per ritirarlo devo arrivare a Monteverde in orari per i quali devo per forza chiedere un permesso a lavoro. Ho provato a chiamare al telefono il messaggio dice di attendere perché gli operatori sono occupati. Il msg immediatamente seguente dice di richiamare perché non è possibile rispondere alla chiamata. Farò presente questo anche su Amazon perché possano provvedere a scegliere di meglio per le loro spedizioni. I live with my 97-year-old grandmother. He is always at home with the caregiver. E	Emilio SG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel luglio 2021 ho spedito una Raccomandata RR a Roma, in Via Lucilio 57 (recapito veramente esistente, come facilmente verificabile); nel mesi di Settembre ho ricevuto la raccomandata di ritorno con la la ridicola dicitura CIVICO NON ESISTENTE!!! Da rimanere senza parole.... SailPost è un covo di millantatori... ora che ho la documentazione che lo prova, posso dirlo, anche perchè avevo avuto precedenti esiti di posta raccomandata semplice non recapitata!!! In July 2021 I sent a registered letter to Rome, in Via Lucilio 57 (really existing address, as easily verifiable); in September I received the registered letter with the ridiculous wording CIVICO NON EXISTENTE !!! To be left speechless .... SailPost is a haunt of braggart ... now that I have the documentation that proves it, I can say it, also because I had previous results of simple registered mail not delivered !!!
