★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! The accommodation, service and breakfast is all 5*. Champagne was on ice waiting on arrival and breakfast is divine. Someone complained about no blinds - you just need to close the shudders - ask the staff how if you don’t know how.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, nice visual design, good for leisure - not good for work, no curtains too bright for sleeping, few free electrical outlets, hard beds. Good location. Overpriced. Not good for elderly or disabled. High ancient cielings and arches but no wow-factor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located next to the Colosseum. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The place felt very Italian. The only issue was finding it when we first arrived. Would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 4 night stay here was excellent. Private setting yet so close to the Colosseum. Loved the stonework, exposed beams and Hollywood regency design accents in our room. The staff is so accommodating and our room was kept spotless the entire stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best locations in Rome right next to the colosseum. Fantastic rooms and amazing if you've kids. They took care of everything when we visited with our 10 month old son. Would definitely stay with them on future visits to Rome.
