V	Valash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely room, en suite bathroom and A/C unit. Location couldn't be better, with the Colosseum and the Roman Forum within walking distance, and all the restaurants on Via Cavour just a few steps away. Small business run by 2 ladies, and they've poured their heart & soul into this place. My only complaint is the lock on the door to the level. If it is locked from the outside it cannot be unlocked from the inside. This is obviously a fire hazard. In my 4 night stay I was locked inside twice, and had to call the owners to let me out.
Q	Quentin O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't fault this place. Boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, a 5mn walk from all the restaurants and bars. Rooms have white walls, high ceilings with exposed beams. It's clean and a decorated with taste. Staff was lovely and invisible. Room quiet (windows give on small court), bed on the hard side. Bathroom and toilets clean with a hotel feel (soaps and clean towels). So far, really good stay. Would recommend.
A	Anne-Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location, the nespresso machine, the 'little breakfast', the cups and tea (although there was no water cooker- fortnately I brought that myself). The bathroom and supplies were awesome! The fact that we were not allowed to use the elevator and the hotel was on the 3rd floor! Also the fact that you only get new towels once every three days. But, one call and they will supply whatever you need immediately. And the fact that one if my own cups was thrown away, but this will be replaced by the hotel.

The neighbourdhood is nice and lively, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and we recommand this appartment to everybody!.

Negative: One of the main reasons we picked this place is because it has airco in the bedroom, unfortunately the air conditioning was broken. The kitchen is actually too small to do any real cooking..

The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are great too. The location is superb. A ten-minute walk to the Colosseum and a five-minute walk to the Roman Forum. Roma Termini station is fifteen-minutes away. Great places to eat and shop are close by.. Negative: Nothing that I could note. Everything was great..
