★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un anno fa ho consigliato l'agenzia ad un mio amico spagnolo con la famiglia in viaggio a Roma e sono tutti rimasti molto soddisfatti della professionlaità e del costo sostenuto per una visita guidata.
 About a year ago I recommended the agency to a Spanish friend of mine with the family traveling to Rome and they were all very satisfied with the professionalism and the cost incurred for a guided tour.

Nel losco panorama delle agenzie di servizi al turista capitoline, che in più di qualche caso fanno vero e proprio bagarinaggio, Artour riporta la luce dell'onestà, il rispetto del cliente (anche se probabilmente non tornerà mai più a Roma), l'amore per il proprio lavoro e per il proprio territorio.

Pranzo ottimo, anche questo consigliato dall'agenzia, in un ambiente familiare sul tevere con un panorama suggestivo! Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente!
Convenient location, easily accessible, excellent service both from an organizational and informative point of view on the points of interest appropriate to the situation, considering that we had three children! The welcome is wonderful, they also sell great taste souvenirs, I bought an absolutely gorgeous gladiator's dagger, a lot of choice if you want the typical weapons of ancient Rome, the price is right and I was received with great care and kindness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We happened upon the Artour office when looking for Collesseum tickets on short notice. All of the online sites were showing “sold out” so it was great that Emanuela from Artour was able to book our night tour tickets for the Collesseum, Vatican tour tickets and complimentary hop on/off bus tickets for Rome all at one time. Emanuela has a great demeanor, answered all of our questions and didn’t pressure us in any way as some other tour companies do.

We bought "skip the line" tickets for the Roman Colosseum and upon arriving at the entrance, they told us that they were not valid and we had to stand in line for 2 hours, in addition, each of the tickets cost € 8 more per person. It is not fair that they scam and cheat people. Do not allow them to be scammed, because even authority is colluded.
Acabamos de experimentar una estafa y un robo. Compramos boletos "skip the line" para el Coliseo Romano y al llegar a la entrada, nos dijeron que no eran válidos y tuvimos que hacer fila por 2 horas, además cada uno de los boletos costaron €8 más por persona. No es justo que engañen y estafen así a las personas. No permitan que los estafen, porque hasta la autoridad está coludida.
Abbiamo appena vissuto una truffa e una rapina. Abbiamo comprato i biglietti "salta la fila" per il Colosseo romano e, arrivati all'entrata, ci hanno detto che non erano validi e abbiamo dovuto metterci in fila per 2 ore, inoltre, ciascuno dei biglietti costa 8 € in più a persona. Non è giusto che ingannino e quindi ingannino le persone. Non permettere che vengano truffati, perché anche l'autorità è inclusa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour guide had an answer for all of our questions and was very thorough. It rained the enitre time and my wife and I were the only two on the tour. He could have just gave us the quick run through, but he did an exceptional job and I would definitely recommend.
