i	info itp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Colosseum tours are available everywhere, but what we've got with Explore Italy Tours was absolutely amazing. We got to see all Colosseum levels, from the underground, arena to the very top floor. It was simply amazing! Highly recommended!

I also really liked that she gave both theories about items that were not agreed on by all archaeologists rather than stating one theory as fact. I 100% recommend this tour if you are looking to visit the Coliseum and Forum.

He was accommodating, funny, full of knowledge, and had great food recommendations (currently sitting in Gelateria Fassi) - would recommend this tour to people of all ages :)
D	Dustin Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid for a 3 hour guided tour of the Colosseum, Colosseum Underground, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum. The tour was only 1 1/2 hours long. We only visited the upper levels of the Colosseum then our tour guide ended the tour. She said if we wanted a guided tour of Palatine Hill and Roman Forum to come back tomorrow, but we would have to pay for that tour. We booked this tour through Viator. I do not recommend.
K	Kelly Falcone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the exclusive colosseum underground and arena tour with the Roman forum, a small group tour (supposed to be under 12 and was 14 with 4 people who has not come, so definitely a larger group than advertised). After meeting our guide at the Explore Italy Tours we headed to The colosseum. Once in the colosseum we met with up with a colosseum tour guide with 5 additional people, who would take our group to the underground. Unfortunately the colosseum tour guide was a tour in Italian and not English, which is what our tour was. Rather than fix the issue, our English tour guide joined the Italian guide. The Italian guide talked the whole time seemingly sharing information and our tour guide didn’t share any information in English, so the underground was essentially a self tour without information. This was the part we were most excited for, so this was very frustrating. We got the opportunity to watch our guide argue with the Italian guide in Italian. Definitely NOT worth the cost. Just go on your own and download the Rick Steves app for an awesome audio tour.

The whole tour went smoothly, and our guide Norman was knowledgeable and witty! We didn't plan our weekend trip correctly, so we would have missed out on the opportunity to visit the Vatican Museums without the help of Stefan and Julian. Thanks to Julian, for helping us over the two days, and we hope Stefan is feeling better!

I was amazed at how intricate and sophisticated the Colosseum is. My only wish is that we had more time to see more. 10/10 Thank you for a wonderful tour!
