Maria was a lovely tour guide and was so knowledgable! She always looked after the group and made sure we were all together and looked after. Definitely worth the money and would recommend.

Beware their lies to sell marked up tickets. We we're lied to by their agent, had this confirmed by their manager, them told too bad, no refunds.... We are very experienced travellers and this was very scammy. Steer clear of them. Details below... Today we unfortunately got scammed and deliberately misled into paying for one of their tours of both the Collosseum & Forum by one of their street scalpers. With the official tourist office closed, their sellers scour the streets to sell you their marked up tour tickets to tours After being harassed in the streets to buy their tours and many 'no thankyou' answers, we made it clear that we had a small child which only had the energy to visit one of these tours in a day and we'd rather book our own tickets to suit us online (very simple) so not to waste our money. She assured us that this ticket was indeed a 24 hr ticket which we could use again the next morning for the second (Forum) part of the tour. She was very incessant that this was fine and we should do it. With this repeated assurance, we paid the ticket & extra markup and took the tour. After an hour and a half in the heat, we'd finished the Collosseum part of the tour and our 4yo was understandably finished and needing to go home. We asked the tour guide to please allow us to have the tickets for the entry the next day as we'd been told. She said that wasn't the case (not her fault, she was great) and said to talk to the managers at the meeting point. We headed up there and spoke to them. They told us too bad that's not how the tickets work. After explaining that we were lied to by their agent when we made it clear this wasn't the tours/tickets that we wanted, he called her and confirmed to me that she'd lied to us but refused to refund us or (as we requested) just supply us with tickets to the Forum the following day. The mark up we paid covered it alone. But no, just too bad, please leave. To have their own mangers and agents confirm they've deliberately lied to us and then not make that right, is unacceptable. While it only cost us about 40 Euro, the takeaway is, their are lots of other tour companies with far better ethics to use. I'd suggest using one of the others.

Travelled to Rome with some friends and had a really insightful and fun time with this agency when visiting the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. Top quality experience !!

Our tour guide named Marco was amazing, he knew so much about the history of the Colloseum and the Roman forum, it made the tour so enjoyable and he was also extremely kind and accomodating. Overall was a great experience I will never forget! Thank you Italy in love tours and special thanks to Marco.

Seemed sketchy at first but was surprisingly legit. We were approached by an employee after him noticing we didn’t have tickets and coerced us to head to his manager. At first he tried to up charge us by having us pay €40 instead of €35 so be careful of that. Was actually a really nice tour though and the tour guide was very insightful.

Amazing tour. Our guide was so knowleagable and enthusiastic, almost like he was telling the story for the first time. Got through the queue and security very quick. We had our two children with us and they were kept interested and we all learned so much. Best tour of our trip to Rome. Thank you!

The guide, Simone was very good! The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the initial process seemed rather sketch. We tried several times to book our Colosseum tickets onnline bbefore going but for whatever reason couldn't get through the process. So we attempted a back door trick that I've learned on past trips. Nothing underhanded, it's just going to a less popular ticket entrance. When we arrived we were agressively approach by several people telling us it wasn't possible to buy tickets in person only online and they pushed us to do a tour with a guide. My friend had never been so we decided to try it but it did seem a bit sketchy at first and there wasn't very good communication. They said wait 10 minutes, but it was longer. they said they were waiting for 2 more people but what they were waiting for was to convince 2 more people to take the tour, The 3 people who joined were pursued in the same way we were. Once we got in and started the tour though it was quite good. Our guide Simone seemed quite knowlegeable about the site and went at a good pace for everyone in the group. In the end, we quite enjoyed it and I would consider this company again if I wanted a guided tour. There have always been people aggressively trying to sell tours at the main tourist sites in Rome but it feels like covid and the confusion around how to purchase tickets and whether you can or cannot purchase tickets at the site has made it even worse. In many cases it appears that all online tickets are being sold through resellers as well with a 100% markup to skip the line.
